The blue Ocean villa is a place of total peace. If you love the mountains and also the sea, this is the best place to visit. Both are at a near to each other, and mountain will give your solitude when you want and the roaring waves will welcome you in hardly 3-4 mins. Had a amazing & pleasant stay at this very well maintained cosy house. It has beautiful view of the ocean and has its own club house to chill. A big thanks to the host. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing host!! Loved the serenity of the place. Although it's located at the centre/roadside, the lace was clean, quiet and private. The indoor pool was clean, the beds and the bedsheets were clean. The local homely food that cook made for us was amazing. The caretaker was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Would love to recommend to my friends and family ✌️

The location is on a small hill, it’s green and has beautiful natural surroundings. The owner Satish and his wife are lovely hosts. The food is excellent and they made it to our request. The space is clean and the hosts make every effort to make your stay memorable. This is more like a home stay with independent house for living and not really a villa like stated in the description. The pool is rather small. Beach is about 500 mts walk. One can hear the ocean in the porch at night. For someone coming from the city the simple life and natural environment is a refreshing break.

Great place, great views. Beach and market both are very accessible and nearby. Apart from the fridge having a pungent smell (which went away after leaving it open for some time), everything was excellent. Jitesh is a very warm host, good communication and very considerate. Caretaker is also very warm and kept checking if everything was okay. Amantran, nearby restaurant suggested by Jitesh is very good. Bungalow is comfortable and has everything, feels homely. Would definitely consider visiting again.

We, a group of 3 families with 4 kids of different sizes had great fun at this place. Rooms are really large with large beds in them. Bathrooms were clean and everything was functioning as they should. Pool was clean. Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool and the lawn. Food was great. We ate to out heart's content and ended up paying approx 1000/person for all meals throughout the day. If you have kids, especially small ones, don't go for the package.

It was a wonderful stay at Annapurna Beach House. We went there with my family and everyone appreciated the ambience, cleanliness and the attentive service from the staff. The icing on the cake was the exclusive access to Nandgaon Beach. The only suggestion would be to install a shower inside the bathroom. The rest is absolutely breathtaking, and looks exactly like the photos. We had the privilege to be the first ever guests at this beach house, and it was very well worth it. Thank you again to Ankita for the smooth communication along with the services of the staff viz. Anita and Babu, who were present at the stay for our help. We look forward to staying there again in the future as well. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the best beach stay you can imagine in this part of Maharashtra.

It was a very very good trip for us Vrishal was very helpful and told us everything related to stay, location, food. one of the hidden gems on airbnb...jus tucked away in the hills...u see a different side of alibag ...jus trees and birds ...plus great staff , very attentive and made us feel at home...food was awesome ..and pool was cherry on top...plus the bonfire ...v r visiting again for sure

Great place, very spacious and peaceful. Loved the sense of space and to wake up to the songs of birds. The villa has a large pool which for me was the best part. We felt right at home with the friendly caretaker who took good care of our needs. Overall, i highly recommend Yuvaan's villa

Aqua Arina is a beautiful and very charmimg villa in a peaceful (although the masjid in the vicinity might wake up some early in the morning) remote area (no mobile network available but very reliable Wi-Fi) with limited indoor space but a lot of outdoor sitting areas and space, which was exactly what we were looking for, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool Food and hospitality was excellent, we were very well taken care of by Sunil and his family who live on the property in a separate cottage, while respecting our privacy at the same time. Highly recommended!

A great destination to get away from the city havoc and work life. A very cool place, well maintained. Also the food served was very tasty. We got a very warm welcome. Most importantly we got a feel like we were in our own house. Kudos to Eshan and his family for making us feel like that. Had a great holiday and that too at a very reasonable price. Must visit.

Visited Kashid with family and was looking for a quiet and private place to relax and get away from our busy lives. Zen villa offered this and lived up to our expectations. The hosts were friendly and responsive and house help and staff made our stay easy and enjoyable.
