Vacation rentals with lake access in Shkodra Lake

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

We got upgraded to a different accomodation after finding the initially booked one not to our satisfaction. Communication was fast and easy and everything was done within 2 hours.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Всё было просто чудесно! Невероятно красиво место. Есть всё для отдыха с друзьями : гамаки, гриль зону, возможность пикника на улице, чистый бассейен.

We are really pleased with a Indrit house. Lovely host, very helpful and always available. Indrit and her family made our stay in Shkodra very comfortable. They helped us to arrange a car and driver and also helped us to do our grocery shopping. 100% recommended.

Host was friendly and greeted us personally. The apartment was exactly as described. Close to main bus station and promenade with restaurants. We were very happy with our one week stay here.

Апартаменты и сам комплекс превзошли ожидания. Было всё, что нужно , красивая терраса, шикарный вид. Понравился панорамный бассейн с изумительным видом на залив. Поблизости есть магазин и хорошие рестораны, до моря близко, но обратный подъем достаточно крутой. Все понравилось. Если важно, учтите, что WiFi слабый, нам требовался для работы. Это единственный минус

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Borisov predivan apartman pružio je meni i deci osećaj kao da smo kod kuće. Prelep park ispred sa sadržajima za decu. Bar je najlepši grad Crne Gore. Boris divan domaćin.

Orlando was a great host. Showed us to the apartment and personally walked us through. (He was so friendly, he offered to give us a second walkthrough when we ran into him at his cafe.) Very flexible with check-in and check-out. After our exhausting overnight trip from Belgrade we were able to drop off luggage when we arrived - before 11. He had the apartment cleaned so we could check-in extra early. When we had issues finding accommodation in our next destination he allowed us a late check-out, at the last minute, so we could use the wifi. Great host. Very responsive. 100% recommend.

Heel fijn ruim appartement gelegen aan een van de rustigere gedeeltes van de baai van Kotor. In alles voorzien: zeer volledig ingerichte keuken, super douche, wasmachine etc etc. Terras is ook fijn, de vorige gasten hadden jammer genoeg de kussens van het tuinmeubilair in de regen laten liggen maar daar kan Marina niks aan doen. Je kan een paadje aflopen naar de baai (1 minuut lopen) en daar kan je ook zwemmen, met prachtig uitzicht (voor zover er geen cruiseschip in de weg ligt) Prima verblijf!

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. It is amazing modern village life experience. Houseowner is wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. He is always ready to help you with anything and he is very friendly.

Es ist uns eine Ehre die erste Bewertung für diese Unterkunft abzugeben! Die Unterkunft liegt einen Steinwurf von dem malerischen Dorf entfernt auf einer leichten Anhöhe. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft selbst total gemütlich und sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Eine Oase zum runterkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Milica war toll😍 ohne ihren Rat und ihre Unterstützung wären wir im Sumpf gelandet( Da wir ursprünglich eine Wanderung von Virpazar geplant hatten (Ende Mai ist ein Teil der Strecke unter Wasser, was wir nicht wussten)).Wir sind letztlich mit Boot angereist und Milica hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

Such a beautiful place! Saved our holiday. So peaceful, great place to relax and take in the sun and have a swim in the river or paddle down to the beach.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und toller Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist auch total nett und hat uns sogar zu einem Weintasting eingeladen. Der Hund der Besitzerin ist ebenfalls sehr süß und spielerisch jedoch vielleicht nichts für Menschen die Angst vor großen Hunden haben. Als wir fragten ob Sie den Hund möglicherweise im Haus lassen könnte, ist Sie extra zusammen mit dem Hund für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes in ihr anderes Haus im Dorf gezogen. Total nett!

Die Wegbeschreibung war gut und der Self Check in verlief problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Im Garten gibt es Schildkröten und die Hühner des Nachbarn kamen vorbei. Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft (Ende April 2025), aber Ana war bemüht das Problem zu lösen und es war sicher nur noch kurzzeitig. Fußläufig bergab erreicht man viele Restaurants. Wir mochten die Pizzeria gegenüber der Stelle, wo die Kinder spielen.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the house for five days. It was simply amazing! The location is fully immersed in nature. The road to get there is adventurous but doable. Once we arrived we checked in easily and effortlessly. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. From the terrace we could watch the lake and the surrounding nature peacefully while sipping on a delicious tea. We contacted Milica and she was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a calm and relaxing time in Montenegro. Note: to reach the house it is mandatory to have a car (you can rent it at the airport, it's a 40 minute drive)
