All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

Proximity of the small grocery store, ferry, two bus stops and three pebble beaches makes it a great sleepover place.

Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat.
