We had a lovely stay at this place. Description and pictures are consistent with the apartment. The latter is very well located in the small town of Rijeka (close to a convenience store, restaurants and the river). Ivana is very good tips for restaurants nearby and is very responsive when we have a question. She also advised us to take a boat ride with her dad at sunset on Lake Skadar. Amazing experience, which we highly recommend! You can book your stay with Ivana without a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay in Ivan’s home. Everything was as described and in a perfect location. Close to the old town Kotor but not too close. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was great that Ivan collected us and dropped us off from the airport too. I thoroughly recommend this air bnb.

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Nikola’s place in Montenegro. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, Nikola and his wife made us feel truly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. As a thoughtful gesture, they even greeted us with homemade cookies and a bottle of wine, which made us feel right at home. Their hospitality and kindness truly made our experience unforgettable. The location was really great, it was on a busy street and had shops, restaurants and the MegaMart grocery right downstairs which made for easy meal planning. With all the convenience right downstairs there was some noise because of early morning deliveries, but that is to be expected. Mera, the co-host was sooo helpful and nice, quick to respond with any questions, the apartment was large and very close to the beach boardwalk area, and we really enjoyed to balcony even without a beach view, the mountain view was quite nice and people watching was fun as well. We wish we had stayed longer in Budva.

Great condo for a few days in bar. Up a bit of a hill but still only half a kilometer to the beach. Great communication from the host and Ranko's father who checked us in. Hot water and air con both good. Kitchen space only has one hob but workable.

Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first experience in Montenegro, communication with the host was very easy. I asked everything that came to my mind and got very clear and quick answers. The house was quite clean, the view was legendary. The host thought of everything for the house, all our needs, even our coffee. It was a very nice experience.
