I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

This place was superbly situated, off the russian street. The host is a great person, willing to help at any time, despite the fact that he was not in Ulcinj, responded promptly to all requests, communicated with acquaintances, and was willing to help you with the cimkolvek. The place met our expectations, we highly recommend it!

Our flight has delayed for nearly four hours, and we have to pick up the rental car then get to the house, the host has been waiting for us till nearly 1am, and when we finally turn up, he kindly show us the house and passed us the key. Really appreciate they wait for us that night. Absolutely love the air-conditioning in house and hot tub, as the temperature is too hot to bare, we didn't heat up the hot tub and use it as a mini cooling spa. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever had. View from the house also stunning. Jelena is responsible on messages or calls for any of our questions in English. Should have booked more days here.

Absolutely fantastic week at Radas apartment with our nearly 2 year old son. It's a roomy and warm space with everything you need including a sea view from one of the balconies! walking distance to the beach and close to bigger towns of Sutomore and Bar with loads of great places to eat and things to do. Rada was so welcoming and helpful we had such a wonderful week in a great apartment, fantastic location and really great value for money. highly recommended!

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

If you are looking to disconnect without having to go "off grid", this is your place! Xhuljanë's villas are just that, a place of peaceful surroundings like the daily sheep and goat walk that passes by each morning and evening. The beautiful cows that roam through the fields. Waking up to the rugged mountains just within reach as you sit in the well needed and very clean hot tub was perfect! Amazing hiking trails nearby and fantastic drive into Theth! They are building more of these villas, with slightly different design that will give you more space, but they are plentiful! Great 4 night stay!

The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! There is also a small beach nearby, a few minutes from the villa. We loved the whole place, you can't describe it. Wonderful owner, sweetheart, helpful - great person! Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

It was a beautiful week in Montenegro and Nina’s villa made it even more amazing. I’m looking forward to visiting again very soon

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff. Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Great place for relaxation with a stunning mountain view. 10/10 House has some wornout interior elements and would benefit from a refurbishment but still very enjoyed staying at this place and would come again.

Daria and Damir’s place is absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it justice! Even as a small place it has absolutely everything you might need, from breakfast for the morning to flip flops and dressing gowns for the hot tub. The views are beautiful and we felt extremely comfortable and welcomed, I could not recommend it more!!

It's a beautiful place to stay and enjoy nature and the surrounding views. We had some horses and cats visiting us, and kids loved it. We stayed in house 2. All was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It has all basic equipment to even cook a meal. However, the house does need a bit of maintenance as it is visible that some guest unfortunately didn't look after the place.

beautifull place, so much peace, butterflies, insects and other nature. great view! papa makes good syrups we got when went for a drink at daria and damirs place. even ended up playing a game with the other guests. had a great evening. hottub makes it feel like a wellness spa. and we dont like going to spa's. but this place made me like it🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful cabin, very well designed, incredible surroundings and very close to national park and old capital city. Very kind and responsive host.

Beautiful, unique place close to nice hikes and scenic routes. We stayed for three nights as a family of 5. Kids had so much to do running in the field, swimming in the pool and occasionally joining us in a hot tub. Amenities rather basic but provides everything you need for a few nights. Overall great stay! I would recommend it.
