Thank you for the warm welcoming. My arrival date was very late in the early morning. Ivana‘s husband Luca waited for me and I drunk a cup of tea. It‘s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and Ada Bojana. I was very tiered and slept until noon so I woke up with the conversations of the family in the kitchen since the walls are very thin. If you are an early bird this should not happen to you. In the bathroom the shower adapter was broken and Ivana and her husband Luca replaced it immediately. You find supermarkets very close and you can reach the beach after a 20 minutes walk. I had warm welcoming conversations with both and their son is super sweet and calm. Hvala 🙏

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Miroslav was a very attentive host. He also provided instructions for entering the house. His house was spotlessly clean. It was within walking distance to the center of Budva. The unique view of Budva was truly worth seeing. I definitely recommend it. If I come to Budva again, I will stay at Miroslav’s house again.

The place was amazing with its views. Private apartments that are tidy. A shared kitchen that also stayed neat. You can rent, for example, a bicycle to conveniently reach Kotor (6km) or Tivat (9km) and nearby swimming spots. Additionally, a bus every hour to Kotor's city center or directly to Tivat from in front of the apartment was convenient. Thank you to the whole family for letting us stay with you. Really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views, clean, great A/C, close to the beach and restaurants. Fuat was an amazing host. He upgraded us to a nicer room because it was free, helped us with our laundry, and even offered to drive us when we needed it. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the location is perfect, just in front of the beach, 7-8min walk to the central part of Tivat (port, restaurants). the terrace is big and very enjoyable, while the studio itself is comfy and well decorated 👌

We had an amazing time at Angelika’s place. She was extremley kind and helpful, always tried to help and answered all of our questions. We arrived very early and she let us stay on the balcony until our rooms got ready. We really felt at home at her place! Absolutely recommend! ☺️

è a modest place, a good cost benefit, the host's parents welcome us very well, the host is very flexible, the location is close to the beach and the museum making it easy to get there on foot.

We stayed in this guest house for 4 days and we really enjoyed our stay. In reality, it's even better than in the photos! The house has all what you need. Large kitchen-living room with air conditioning. The bedroom has two separate beds with good mattresses, they can be moved together. The bathroom is clean, there is a washing machine. There is a table outside where you can enjoy breakfast. We travel with two dogs and cats and the host was kind enough to welcome us, for which we are very grateful. The house is in a quiet place, so we had a great night's sleep. You can walk to the center and the fortress in 10-15 minutes. We and the animals loved it!

Nikolai Airbnb is a great place to rent while in Montenegro. It is really close to Budva for sightseeing and there are two beautiful beaches in walking distance, but it also is quite private place. From our balcony there was beautiful view of the see. Nicolai place is spacious with area excellent for sitting and chilling with friends or family. Nikolai as a host was grat. We didn’t have a problem to check in at 11 pm. He also explained what is where in neighborhood. His English speaking skills are great so you don’t need to worry about communication with this host

First Nikolai is a phenomenal host, we had to change our arrival time a few times and he accommodated without hesitation. After we settled in he took us all for a tour to show where key places were, gave suggestions, etc. This might sound odd in a review, but he is very calming. We are relocating to Montenegro, with children. A lot of luggage, need to get things done, etc. Nikolai has hosting mastered. As for the space and location, absolutely amazing. Towels and linens are 4/5 star hotel level. Kitchen is very well equipped. Even the knives were sharpened. Every room and corner was spotless. The units are larger than they appear in the photos. The construction is solid, no noise. A bus stop to Budva is about 1-2 min walk. That runs every 15 mins, you can walk it in 45-60 mins as well, entirely along the coastal paths. Taxi is easy via WA or Viber. Views are stunning from the complex. Internet runs at 90mbps plus. Book without hesitation, absolute gem Airbnb.

Amazing Stay at Rosmarino Aparthotel - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nikolai shared with us all needed information about interesting places in close vasinity. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described - if not better! I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurant. Very nice hostel located next to the Kotor beach, very close to the old town, like 10-15 min by walk. The people working in the hostel were very friendly and they helped me with any issue I had. The people staying there were also very nice. Overall an excellent hostel and I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone who goes to Kotor 😊
