Akun and Hiro were great! They were kind enough to offer us free entry into their onsen when the shower at the airb&b wasn't working. They even picked us up and drove us there! The location is great! it gives a great view of Shirahama beach and the beautiful coast line!

We used the hakone pass and Yoshi's place is right in front of the bus stop. We loved the living room, where we can interact with other guests. I found bags of free coffee drip and the suitable swan neck pourer for it. Nothing beats starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee. The kitchen has a lot of facilities, suitable if you like to prepare your own meal. For me, I just used the microwave. I don't think I have any bad things to say. Maybe, for a one-nighter like me, I would benefit from a drying machine, which unfortunately is unavailable. If you stay more than one night, though, you can hang your washed clothes to dry in front of the window of your room.

Vovo and her team are so friendly and nice. As you can see, it is a small apartment but very clean and neat. All essential items are also in the room. There are many great things about this place. For one, it is very close to the train station, which runs two main train lines to go almost anywhere in Tokyo. I also enjoyed friendly staff who were very helpful with my laundry, trash, etc. There are many eateries near her place. There is also a large shopping mall across the train station (about a 5-minute walk), where there is a super market and discount shops. So you don't have to go far to shop for what you need. I will definitely come back to stay there.

Yuji was really responsive and easy to communicate during our stay. It was an old house but I think the owner already tried his best to maintain and clean it (it’s just too old and had some stain and rust on places). There were trees and bushes surrounded the house - beautiful but yes a lot of bugs, and luckily not much got inside. There was not much to do nearby but would be good stopby to rest for a night. Considering the price it’s totally worth it. I’ll still give it 5 stars in overall.
