The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

We live in one of the best villages in the Test Valley. Amport has a great pub and village green with playpark, church, riding stables, beautiful countryside walks all within walking distance from our home. The Hawk Conservancy, Lains shooting school and Thruxton racecourse are 5 minutes away. Stockbridge with all it's shops, galleries, restaurants is a 20 minute drive. Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge are all within a 30 minute drive for you to explore…or just relax at the house.

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome.
