A compact kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast or light meals. The seating area offers a comfortable place to relax, the sofa bed works equally as well as a double bed. The bathroom is finished to a high standard with a walk-in power shower. The loft is fitted with air conditioning/heating. Gated parking.

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Spacious and serene studio flat in Shiplake Cross, minutes away from The Plough, Shiplake pub, as well as bus stop serving Henley-on-Thames/Reading, with services running from 6am til midnight, every 30 minutes. Ideal for Henley Regatta, Henley Festival, Rewind, Shiplake College etc. Kitchenette with hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & sink. Tea/coffee & milk provided. Ensuite bathroom has both rainfall and handheld shower, sink with storage, toilet and LED mirror.

This newly renovated Victorian Barn with high ceilings and exposed beams offers a large living area with a small kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Barn, situated within our garden, benefits from its own entrance and is detached from the main house where we live. The Barn has a small courtyard garden for guest use in the summer.

Shiplake train station, local pub, corner shop and butcher is less than 5 minutes walk. The Cabin has been newly furnished, garden entrance and a separate patio. The bedroom and living area is a delightful space with high ceiling. One friendly bulldog share the garden. An area of outstanding beauty for river and woodland walks and cycles.

Wilson Cottage

This delightful two-bedroom home on Harpsden Road offers an ideal escape. Perfect for both short visits and longer retreats. Consisting of a semi-open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A modern, well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms for up to four guests. A garden with a sauna and a summer house which can hold two further guests on a double sized pullout sofa bed is available upon request.

Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
