We enjoyed our stay at resi stay. Their team are very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoy stay here

Fairly centrally located. About 1 hour to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Monkey Park with transportation and walking. About 1 hour to Nara. About 20 minutes walking to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Several really good food places close by. 10-20 min walk to Nishiki and Teramachi. Walking is most convenient within Kyoto but it’s usually 15-30 minutes. The place was clean and a great night of sleep. We had 4 adults, 1 older toddler, and 1 younger toddler. Bathroom and kitchen are clean and well stocked (no knives in kitchen but pretty much everything else). Close to 7-eleven and 2 grocery stores.

숙소가 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 교토역과도 멀지 않고 주변에 접근성이 좋은게 큰 장점입니다.

This accommodation is perfectly located, walking distance from Kyoto station. plenty of food and drinks in the area. plenty of space in the apartment for a little family.

Very nice place in Kyoto center, 7 eleven, a grocery store and drug store right in front, many good restaurants near by. Main buses to get around are very close as well. Stop wondering and book this amazing place

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Leider konnte man nicht raus auf den Balkon. Am Empfang wurde leider nicht englisch gesprochen, aber wir wurden dann per Telefon durchgestellt zum Sport Team. Dort hat man uns dann direkt weitergeholfen als es Probleme beim Check in gab. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Standort der Unterkunft. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und alles von dort aus erreichbar. Wir buchen gerne wieder dort.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und es war den Preis total wert. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Lage, es gab eine schnelle Anbindung. Es war sehr ruhig und leise. Es gab ein Buch wo alle japanischen Geräte klar erklärt wurden. Bei der Anreise konnten wir das Hotel nicht über den Airbnb link direkt finden und haben Resi Stay bei Google Maps gesucht, das hat dann gut funktioniert. Wir hatten das 3er Zimmer zu zweit und konnten die Koffer auf das 3. Bett legen, somit gab es kein Platzproblem. Der Platz zum Kochen ist begrenzt, für basic-Speisen hat die einzelne Induktionsplatte aber vollkommen ausgereicht. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was functional but also surprisingly homely and cosy - more than I imagined from the photos, also more spacious than I thought it would be, and even though it's in a central location, it was quiet at night. There's a small balcony with a washing machine and space to hang up laundry. The kitchen has everything you need. An extra bonus is having a small living room space to relax in, which a lot of these tiny japanese apartments don't have space for. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The location is very convenient. Near to Kyoto Station and also within walking distance of many of the attractions of the city, as well as the main shopping area. For further away places, buses, trains and underground are easily accessible. This was a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that I would recommend. It's perfect for a solo traveller as well because it's very secure.

The place was comfy and walking distance to the Kyoto station. It is a spacious room and its great because you can stay with your pet : ) Highly recommend : )

집주인의 답장 속도가 빨라서 좋았습니다. 장점: 평화로운 거리 일본 현지에서 사는듯한 기분이들 정도로 근처에 학교와 주택가들이 많아 구경거리가 많습니다 욕조가 넓어 お風呂하기에 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 나와서 좋았습니다. お風呂안에 빨래 건조시키는 기능이 있어 신기했습니다. 편의점도 바로 근처에 있어서 편하고 좋았습니다. 조용한 동네입니다. 단점: 여름이라서 그런가 밤에 들어오면 초파리들이 같이 들어와 방안에 초파리들과 잡니다. 식기를 쓰려는데 먼지와 더러운 부분이 있어 한번 씻고 사용하세요 빨래를 할때 시간이 부족하여 수건과 같이 옷과 돌리지마세요 수건이 오래 돼서 그런지 같이 돌려서 그런지 모르겠지만 옷에 다 붙어서 흰옷이 더러워 집니다. 일본 현지의 삶을 살 수 있는 기분이 드는 집

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

다음 여행시도 이용하고 싶을 정도로 아주 만족합니다!! 일단 호스트님에 응답이 정말 빠르시고, 안내가 정확해서 이용이 편했어요! 주택가에 위치하고 있지만 가까운 거리에 편의점, 드라그스토어도 있어서 물 사 먹기 좋았어요! 렌트카를 해서 무료주차가 되는 점이 너무 좋았어요! 추천합니다~!

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

This apartment is the perfect accommodation for both the getaway and the business around Kyoto. There are many shops nearby including 24/7 Mac, a discount drugstore 8am-10pm, and a very big shopping mall in 15 min, walk. The nearest railway station is also in 15 min walk and Kyoto station is 6 min ride.With every appliances and a clean bathroom, you won’t find a better place in this neighborhood.

We loved it! This location was perfect for 3! Everyone in the shared spaces was very polite and the staff were very eager to help us out since it’s our first time in Japan. The location was 3 minutes from major convince stores and less than 10 from a major station. The hosts were responsive, provided detailed instructions, and were very accommodations to foreigners. Basically a nicer hotel with shared laundry room and kitchen. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Kyoto!

It was a good stay for the price and in a nice neighbourhood. A couple minutes walk from fushimi station which was convenient. Overall a good stay and would use again next time

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is superb—less than 10 meters from a lively shopping street, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Kiyomizu-dera, and the area is surrounded by fantastic coffee and matcha cafes and eating spots. The apartment itself was spotless—super clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, amazing value for the location and quality. Highly recommend !

5 star to everything! the host, the unit, the location, the communication etc. The unit is spacious enough for four adults, it is clean, quite, We found it to be an easy walk to downtown anywhere. The host is very responsive, communicated well before making the check-in process and stay very smoothy. If we could come again to kyoto we will definitely stay May’s unit ! Thank you May!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ruhig gelegen, mit der Bahn (zwei Bahnstationen sind in der näheren Umgebung) gelangt man gut überall hin. Es ist im Grunde ein Hotel mit entsprechendem Charme. Das Personal ist sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir konnten auch unsere Wäsche dort waschen und den Trockner für 100Yen nutzen. Außerdem bekommt man viele Handtücher und vieles weitere für den täglichen Bedsrf gestellt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in eurer Unterkunft!
