Dragonfly House Upper Apt

JillianRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I was there with my son for his Fredonia audition. The check-in and parking instructions were detailed and clear, and when we arrived the apartment was toasty warm in spite of the 12 degree weather. The apartment is beautiful, and clearly decorated with attention to detail. There is a warm, cozy feel while managing to remain uncluttered. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and comforters for those of us who like to create a 'nest'. Water was nice and hot and we appreciated the shower amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for tea lovers with an amazing selection of teas. Coffee drinkers are not forgotten; there is a keurig with choices that also include hot chocolate. We really enjoyed our stay and regretted having to leave early an not enjoy a leisurely morning in this lovely space. Thank you!

Far exceeded expectation! As an Airbnb host myself, I have very high standards and this place checked all the boxes and then some! Everything was immaculate, the home made cookies were a lovely, hospitable gesture, not to mention super yummy! The peaceful sounds of nature and breathtaking view overlooking the river make this the perfect getaway to rest, unplug and melt away whatever stress you left behind. We can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Aspen, for providing your amazing space and being such a fantastic host!

My inlaws and I had a great 3 night stay at this location! We visited the local wineries and Niagara falls! Perfect location, and a beautiful outdoor area and plenty of room for us 4. We got to see hummingbirds from the deck too!

Whitetail Cabin *private forest spa*

DavidRating, 5 stars4 days ago
My time away from the city was refreshing! John and Brie welcomed me on a quad, which gave me nostalgia. The place, mostly handmade by John, had such nice craftsmanship. Topped with Brie's decorative touch. Sturdy and comfortable. The table by the fire pit, has a bum imprint sanded right into the bench, it's great. I loved cooking breakfast while watching the sunrise and then relaxing by the campfire at night, listening to the sounds of the wildlife. We hiked various trails and even spotted a buck with velvet antlers! Getting a bit lost was easy to manage with the Google Earth GPS John showed me, and by the last hike, my dog was used to the place and helped us find our way back. The outdoor shower, sauna, hot tub, and then hammock felt like a spa/retreat. There is so much more I could share, but trust me, if you are from the city and need a getaway, this place is a way to reconnect with mother nature. Thank you, John and Brie, for an unforgettable experience. We will be back soon

We were very comfortable staying in Elaine's apartment. Everything was as pictured and described. Check-in and check-out were simple, with easy-to-follow instructions provided and ample room for parking. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs, and served as a great base of operations for exploring SUNY Fredonia's campus, the Village of Fredonia, and the surrounding area.
