Beach condo vacation rentals in Shell Island

This condo was great for the 4 of us. Even though we rented umbrellas and chairs, we were glad to see the unit had some foldable beach chairs for us to use~ we did use them. Pool and spa~clean and working✅ROKU TV✅We cooked a couple of nights and a couple of breakfasts. I would suggest bringing salt and pepper and some PAM spray and parchment paper. Also, pack some ziploc bags. Or pack some tupperware type containers for food storage or taking to the beach. As the description states, only start up supplies are there. So bring extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, extra detergent, and extra dw pods, and extra toilet paper. Also, pack your own toiletries. The start up ones are strictly start up. There is an ice maker on the fridge✅I suggest grabbing a few extra bags of ice. DG very close✅. There is a pod coffee maker and a regular one✅Didn’t see an air fryer. Did see a griddle. Host communication was excellent✅Umbrella and chair rental-3 rows set up. I rec this unit for beach vacay.

My family and I have stayed in many condos and this condo BY FAR surpasses them! The size of the condo was very large and spacious. The designs and decorations were nicely appointed and beautiful. The patio was an excellent size and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean, everything looked brand new, and it was fully stocked with all essentials. The condo building wasn’t super huge, which was nice, because it was quiet and the pools and beach weren’t crowded. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this condo!! The owner thought of every detail and was very kind and responsive.

Everything was perfect! The beach was literally outside the balcony and everything was easily accessible! Close to a walmart and starbucks and many other places to eat and not alot of traffic. Kevin was very responsive and everything was awesome!

The condo was as advertised ans more super convenient location, very nice and cozy condo with amazing views from the 9th floor

This is a beautiful studio it is very spacious and a great use of space. Very kid friendly! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to cruise around the beautiful complex and get to the beach access. Parking is conveniently located next to the complex. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that I sent. We immensely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Amazing stay!!! I love the privacy this location has, car passes were checked every single time we came in so it keeps out people who aren’t actually staying on property. Elevators were always fast. Beach chairs included made it so much easier too!

I would most definitely stay again. Misha communicated very well. sent all of the checkin information day prior to arrival. Her condo was exactly as described and looked. Very clean, and I am that guest that's checks everything once I arrive. I would most definitely recommend staying with Misha.

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

Awesome place to stay! The resort is great for kids, with lots of fun things to do. The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. Location is super convenient. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was well equipped with everything we needed and Theresa was the perfect host. Please know there were NOT any beach chairs on the premises available to us. I had read reviews that mentioned that so we did not bring any.

Gail’s condo was amazing. It was warm & welcoming. She has two little led trees that welcomed you at the front door & in the living room. Simple things but they made a difference. They also served as great night lights! The decor was subtle and perfect. The furniture was pretty, clean, comfortable and abundant. The kitchen was very well stocked for any of your needs. All appliances were very clean and worked perfectly. The amenities in the kitchen & bathrooms were a nice plus (soaps, etc). All the towels matched & were excellent quality. The complex is in a great location. Easy to find. Walkable to enough food options but also in easy driving range of many additional options. And the beach…soft, clean, white sand. Miles to walk. We didn’t take advantage of the pool area but from our balcony it looked amazing and in February was always busy. I could go on & on. It was a 10/10 stay for our family (my husband, me, 2 adult kids & 2 who live there & hung w/ us). We’d stay at Gail’s again!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures and the views are incredible. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nina was responsive to any questions we had and was very kind in all interactions we had with her. We really enjoyed the pools at the resort and how walkable the area is. We would definitely consider renting from Nina again in the future and would recommend her condo to anyone looking for a family vacation.

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!
