The place was immaculate when we got there, and was so tastefully decorated. The pool was super clean and the staff were very helpful. The villa is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Mtwapa, and we got the whole space to ourselves, with access to a restaurant and a creek. The highlight of our stay was Nana who went above and beyond to make sure we settled in well. Her staff were very helpful. This villa is perfect for families or group of friends and is suitable for both long and short stays. It truly felt like home away from home and we were pretty downcast when we had to leave. I will definitely be booking again. Literally zero complaints and a million praises.

From the second I arrived, it was clear this wasn't just another booking; it was a perfect slice of holiday heaven. Being literally a 4-5 minute walk to Nyali Beach was a dream come true for a beach lover like me – I could practically roll out of bed and into the ocean! And for convenience, the fact that Naivas shopping center is within easy walking distance was a game-changer. I strolled over multiple times, even as late as 10 PM, feeling completely at ease. The neighborhood itself felt incredibly safe, with that reassuring stretch of hotels and their security guards, which was a huge comfort for a first-timer to the Coast. Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

Lorine’s place is amazing! I feel like the antique furniture and aesthetics of the colonial styles was flawless! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends in the future. Caroline was very friendly and accommodating, she is a lovely host. The room was OK for the money, especially during Easter. The main building is managed separately. I didn’t use the pool, there is a small bar on the premises and location was easy to find, not far off the main road. Thanks Caroline :)

I stayed at Terry's Airbnb for 2 weeks (and have just booked for another week upon my return from Zanzibar). The apartment is clean (also the cleaner comes every 2 days to spruce up and change towels/sheets), good central location in Bamburi so easy to get transport, quiet amd has all the amenities to feel like a homevaway from home, including AC and Netflix. terry is very responsive and responds almost instantly to messages I highly recommend this apartment.

Wayne was an extremely responsive host, he made sure I received clear directions promptly . His communication was excellent. The place was spotless, easy to find, and I’m definitely planning another trip back!

Emmanuel is a SUPERHOST. I had the best experience ever as a traveler. He arranged for my pickup from the SGR. By the time I arrived in Mombasa, I had all instructions to access the apt. The place was just as seen in the photos, pristine spotless clean. The bed sheets & towels were changed at free cost. The cleaners were thorough and very respectful. Emmanuel went above and beyond excellence to make my stay memorable. He even introduced me to a delivery person, so I was never hungry. At some point, the microwave stopped working & within no time, it was replaced with a new one. I have never seen this kind of efficiency. Communicating with Emmanuel via text or calls was top notch with quick responses. Customer service satisfaction is AAA+++. To sum up, Emmanuel is the BEST AIRBNB HOST. He deserves an excellence award. He serves with passion, compassion, is unbeatable & incomparable. I will definitely be staying at his place again and also recommend him to others. I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

The apartment is spotless, beautiful, small and sweet. The decoration is lovely, very comfortable sofa with several pillows. Great bed! internet works perfectly. kitchen is well equipped. Good TV too. There is a gym and pool on site that you can access for a fee. Location is good with access to old town and Nyali quite easily. Highly recommend staying here! Great value for money.
