Had a magical stay. So beautiful and relaxing. Everything was as listed. Hosts provided a lovely cheese and meat selection along with all the necessary breakfast items. Within easy reach of Nenagh and Lough Derg. Cannot wait to have another stay.
An outdoor patio area is depicted with a round table set for dining. Six black chairs surround the table, which is adorned with plates and glasses. A warm glow emanates from a nearby chiminea, accompanied by lush greenery and a distant horizon fading into twilight.

Cottage in the center of Ireland

SamRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Sonia's home is one of my favorites in all of my travels on Airbnb. As a host myself, I felt immediately at home staying here at their countryside retreat for 4 nights this summer. They were amazing hosts - very responsive, insightful and caring! The pictures match the beautiful setting, the home is beautifully laid out with plenty of room to spread out as a family or a group of friends - a living room, kitchen, dining room on the main floor, plenty of outdoor space and 4 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Lots of toys for kids as well as a tree house in the yard, a tv room to watch movies/Netflix and a beautiful kitchen to prepare a meal. We loved the cows grazing in your front yard and view of the lake! It's a 10 min drive to Glasson town and 20 minutes to Athlone - a bustling city. About 90 min from Dublin Airport and an easy drive. You will love your stay here - private, quiet and relaxing and also strong Wifi! We can't wait to visit again!

Owenie's Cottage - Enjoy Our Private Hot Tub

VickiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Magical Stay for a Very Special Birthday We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful cottage in Ireland to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cottage itself is charming, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — the perfect blend of cozy and luxurious. The setting is peaceful and scenic, with breathtaking countryside views that added to the sense of escape and relaxation we were hoping for. The hot tub was a real highlight — soaking under the stars with a glass of wine after a day of exploring was magical. My mum was thrilled, and it truly made her birthday feel special and indulgent. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and welcoming. Thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a welcome basket, and helpful local tips made all the difference. They even helped us arrange a few special surprises for my mum, which we’re incredibly grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a more per

Bridgie's Cottage

GerritRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Bridgie's Cottage. So quiet and peaceful, flowers blooming, bees buzzing, birds chirping...but no sounds of traffic. Coffee outside in the morning, drinks outside in the evening, mountain views. Inside is cosy and comfortable. Comfy beds, efficient kitchen, two fine bathrooms. We immediately took to Pat, who was personable, solicitous, sensitive, informative, and well-informed. A deep and lively intelligence and intellect combined with a wonderfully dry humor; we wanted to stay just to spend more time with him. We can't say enough about how happy we were in this beautiful place. We will be back.
The charming exterior of the tiny home features a deep blue facade with orange trim around the door and windows. A bright orange door provides an inviting entrance. A small white bench with an orange pillow sits in front, surrounded by colorful potted plants and gravel.

Charming Quirky Cottage - Cliffs of Moher

KatieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This might’ve been the most beautiful little place I’ve ever booked on Air BnB! It is so pretty and charming and perfectly equipped for a few days of peace and quiet. We came with our dog and were on our honeymoon and this was the most hidden gem we could’ve imagined. And Mandy herself is just so incredibly kind and forthcoming- she even popped round to give us a quiche form when I asked her whether she had one! Really really great host- we will absolutely be back☺️

Cartron cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely spot to stay. Stunning set up. Suited our large group with plenty of bedroom and bathroom facilities. Stayed for a Triathlon at Lough Cutra which was handy enough at 30 minutes away. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare plenty of food for the 4 triathletes who were part of our group. Pity about the weather which meant we couldn't get full use of the lovely outdoor cooking and dining facilities. Maybe next time. Ann was very accommodating of our extra needs (bike washing) and the woodland walk was ideal for a quick warm up run before the competition. Place felt very safe and secure. Hopefully will be back.

Cottage at Ballyglass Lodge, Ardrahan, Co. Galway

Our stay at James and Ciara's was just wonderful. As soon as we arrived there were so many thoughtful, luxurious touches that made all the difference after a long day of travel, from lovely smelling diffusers and candles and a roaring fire in the woodburner, to fancy Aesop hand soap and the comfiest pillows and mattress ever. There was also a welcome basket containing some treats such as wine and chocolate and Ciara's incredible homemade Irish soda bread. This is the kind of stuff that really makes a difference when staying in an Airbnb! The place was also spotlessly clean and everything was of very high quality. From the get go their communication was super prompt and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, always offering help, advice and recommendations. J&C are some of the nicest and warmest people you'll ever meet. We also got to meet some of their animals which our daughter LOVED, and the setting and outlook from the cottage is just beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs out there!

Staying at Myra’s cottage was one of the highlights of our trip! The space was immaculate and beautiful as well as centrally located to explore Dingle and the ring of Kerry. Myra was probably the best host I’ve ever had in my decade+ using Airbnb. She was welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations of where to visit and what to avoid. I cannot recommend her place enough!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful cottage and felt at home from day one. The historic cottage is very cozy and very well equipped. Our children really enjoyed the garden around the house. The location is perfect with a rental car, as there are many excursion destinations in the area. And you can walk to the beautiful Crushoa Pier. Paul and Dympna gave great tips and were always very helpful and friendly. We would come back anytime!

We loved staying at Triona's cottage. We spent so much time outside, exploring the surroundings. It was great for kids, both our 12 year old and 4 year old were so impressed with it. It was unusually warm when we were here and Triona brought a fan down which made it even more comfortable inside. Definitely recommend, I would love to come back!
