Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Shadyside, Pittsburgh

My husband and I loved staying at April's place. It was very roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to feel at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, so it was a charming place to enjoy our down time while on our vacation. We also adore the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was just as expected from the pictures. It's nicely decorated, yet clutter free, which we appreciated. Carly was very responsive and helped us get settled in. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We appreciated the extra towels and blankets - they make your stay comfortable. We also used the kitchen while we were there and found everything we needed for simple meals for 2. It was a safe neighborhood, quiet and the space felt private. We paid the $20 and had a parking space at the back of the building for the entire stay. Very convenient! We already booked the space again for our next trip to Pittsburgh.

A nice cozy place, very good neighborhood. Walkable to supermarkets, a short bus from university and parks and restaurants. Bus stand right in front of the apartment. House in a very nice building - lots of good amenities! It's a bit small if you're more than two people. But for two people or two and a kid, it's a great place for the price. Recommend to people wanting to spend a few days in Pittsburgh!

Kelly hosted my brother for two months while he was apartment hunting. She was gracious and accommodating. The space is absolutely charming! It’s the top floor of a grand old Victorian house in a safe and very walkable, convenient neighborhood. The room is spacious; the bed is huge and comfortable. The cozy armchair is perfect for reading or watching TV. There is a dining area, kitchenette (no sink) with coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and hot plate. The bathroom is clean and bright. There’s a large, furnished front porch for relaxing and enjoying the local families walking their dogs! If you’re looking for a homey and unique space, Kelly’s place is for you!

Peiqun is a special host. She is helpful and very quick to respond. I had an emergency during my stay, and she went above and beyond to improve my situation as quickly as possible. She is reliable, responsible, and accountable.The place. Ahh..Beginning with the beautifully decorated, shimmering lights on the entry patio. Inside, the woodwork details were immaculate. Coffee and everything needed in the kitchen. The beds were extra comfortable. The shower water is hot & towels are there. Lots of privacy. Laundry washer n dryer, dw, Shadyside is an upscale, safe area. I was surprised to find women walking alone in the eve without a care. All the stores and restaurants you need are close by . Everything was within 3 mins walk away. There is a parking spot. However, I did not need one. Restaurants, coffee, bakery, pharmacy, clothing stores, and shops were all right there. We walked 20 min to University of Pitt & Carnegie Mellon. There are also bus stops right there that can be utilized.

this was a perfect stay for me and a friend for a 6 day trip! saved us from spending $$$ for a hotel that dont even have half the amenities this place offers. nice neighborhood and walkable to a lot of cool places that we got to check out! communicate was punctual and straightforward. I appreciate the options they gave us for parking, as we were allowed to park in the back of the house and didn't have to deal with street parking. there are 2 sets of stairs that are a steep incline, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. I also appreciate how eco friendly they try to keep the place. overall if you're looking for something that's simple, cute, clean and in a great location, this is a great choice. I would stay here again!

We had decided to come into town to visit some friends and see the baseball games that weekend. We came with my 8 month old and arrived super early in the morning (2am ) . The check in was easy and Andrew spelled everything out for us. Once inside it was clean, up to date and nothing really our babes could easily get to, which was a plus. There was an extra pull out bed but the bedroom had plenty of space for us to put a pack and play. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything you could need. We were a close to the stadium and where the action was, just maybe a mile and half away. We would definitely recommend Andrew’s place to others coming into town and hope to stay again when we return.

I’m in Pittsburgh 2x per month for business. This is the 5th Airbnb I have tried and this is a winner! Great location, easy to access and lots of parking available. The apartment had everything I needed, clean updated bathroom and super comfortable bed. Will stay the next time I visit. Excellent value for the money.

This house is absolutely beautiful! It accommodated us well with a large group and we all had privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved it all!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s place. The first floor was larger than we expected, including the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The master bath was nicely renovated and the shower was like a room within itself! It was very nice! The king sized mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Upon arrival, there were a couple issues with regards to finding clean linens and a couple other things. However, we reported these issues to Daniel and he was quick to respond, extremely apologetic and making changes to assure a perfect stay for his next guests. We would definitely stay at Daniel’s place again!

We had a wonderful experience. Great location, beautiful decor with special touches that made us comfortable and able to relax and enjoy our stay. Host was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on restaurants and attractions. We loved everything about our time in Pittsburgh and we will definitely return.

Cortney’s place is a fantastic spot. The host is incredibly responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The house is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need to feel right at home. It’s conveniently located near bus routes, and it’s also walkable to great restaurants and shops in the Shadyside and Oakland area. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in Pittsburgh!

Great location, easy to walk to things and close to several bus stops. The place itself was accurate to the description, clean, and had everything I needed for a two week stay.

Extremely clean, close to all sporting facilities and quiet! The view was amazing especially at night! We’d go back in an instant!

Christi’s place was great! It was clean and peaceful. She left out snacks and had filtered water available for refills. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again for longer.

Carrie’s place is great! Very walkable to lots of fabulous restaurants. This place is very very unique. Having a private outdoor space was a treat. It’s not a place for anyone with mobility issues. It’s easy to find. Host is very responsive and flexible. I would totally stay here again.

Michelle and her dad, Mike, were great hosts! Their apartment is roomy and well equipped. It was a good fit for a family of three, but I wouldn't recommend it for two couples as there's only one bathroom (with a great shower). It's got plenty of workspace, including a full desk, and the underground parking was easy to access. I'd recommend this apartment highly and would be happy to stay there again. Thanks for a great stay in the 'burgh!

Susan is an excellent host—very professional, responsive & friendly. Apartment was in great shape & the location was ideal for us being near family in Highland Park. Would definitely return.

The parking requires a passcard which you have to pickup in a lobby lockbox, and practically speaking you need to do that before you go to your condo. It's a few steps getting in, but they have made it as simple as possible and it is very well documented, so be sure to read all the directions to, and entry steps in, carefully. Once you are in you are going to like how nice and clean it is and how they have thought of everything. Enjoy Pittsburgh! Its a great city with awesome food and great people.

My wife and I were in town for the PJ shows. The location was great as were the views. We had no issues with anything. Parking was easily accessible and reasonably priced. It was an easy walk to the Arena. The Speckled Egg was delicious as were many other spots near by. Pittsburgh was a wonderful experience - food, entertainment, walkability, friendliness, and the Lavaugh's spot was a great spot to rest your head at the end of a long day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was just as pictured and a short uber ride to everything we wanted to see in the city. Hosts were super responsive and even though the unit was close to busier parts of the city, it was super quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Pittsburgh!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at Kelly Jane’s in Wilkinsburg, Pittsburgh It is near our daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law’s which is why we chose it to begin with. But we also loved the apartment—2 bedrooms and it is very clean, pretty quiet, and extremely well furnished. It is probably the best equipped rental I have ever seen. Everything you would need is provided. She has thought of everything. She is always responsive in communications and her instructions are clear. My sister stayed with us here for the first time and she thought it was great too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I needed a place last minute for work and this place worked out great!

Conner was a great host and the place was great as well. Would absolutely recommend.
