Such a great home and an even better location, tucked away from the noisy streets but close enough to everything you need. Georgio was great during check in and assisted me with my luggage and local recommendations. Definitely a great host!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Guido e Francesca sono degli host eccezionali. Francesca mi è venuta incontro con gli orari sia per il check in sia per il check out ed è sempre stata molto reattiva e pronta a rispondere alle mie necessità. La casa è pulitissima e in una zona molto tranquilla e fresca, anche nelle giornate più calde la terrazza è ventilata e si sta benissimo. Tornerò sicuramente.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location within walking distance of centro strorico and all the main attractions. Access to the apartment is easy with a convenient lift for those who travel with small children and pushchairs. Francesco is a great host, friendly, responsive and very communicative. Lots of local tips for eating out and places to visit around the city. Relatively easy on-street parking with free options also available. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

The first impression is that the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with every little thing you might need for a short stay. It is located just a few hundred meters from numerous bus lines that go to the city center, the train station, or to Mondello. Fabio is also a very kind host. The only thing some people might see as a downside is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator; however, as a reward, you get a distant view of the sea. Personally, I would choose Fabio’s apartment again without hesitation if I were to return to Palermo.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das schöne Appartement geführt! Alles war blitzsauber und der Anblick vom Balkon ist ganz wunderbar. Zu jeder Tageszeit! Toll war, dass die Utensilien für den Strand auch zur Verfügung standen! Für uns als Rucksackreisende war das natürlich toll! Ich habe mich schwer getan wieder abzureisen! Nochmals vielen Dank!

Quite simply put, la casa di Gioia is a paradise - the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Agata is an exceptional and caring host. The appartment is beyond cozy, a place where I would love to live. I slept really well there, and am already missing the place. Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

I had a very pleasant stay at Fara’s apartment. The space was large, the bed comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Fara was kind and helpful throughout my stay, and her assistance was much appreciated. It was a very nice way to end my trip to Italy, thank you so much Fara!

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

My stay at Maikol’s place was wonderful! The apartment is very cozy and spacious, and the bed is comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal — close to the city center and the metro, perfect for those exploring on foot. There is a terrace. Check-in was easy, the instructions were clear, and the host was attentive and responsive. Everything matched the description and photos. Highly recommend!:)

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

Un séjour parfait dans le cœur de Palerme ! L’appartement, situé dans le quartier de la Kalsa, est idéalement placé pour explorer le centre historique à pied. Spacieux, calme, décoré avec goût, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale à Francesca pour sa grande disponibilité et sa proactivité : elle a répondu à tous nos messages rapidement et nous a offert d’excellentes recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Un vrai coup de cœur !

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Our family stay at Massimiliano’s terraced apartment was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is vibrant, busy, colourful and within walking distance of everything we were looking to visit-contemporary art galleries, museums, churches, the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, the food market, good restaurants etc. The apartment terrace is a wonderful way to relax over drinks or for dinner or even to watch the pedestrian street traffic below. The nearby train/bus station meant day trips to Cefalu and Monreale were very easy to orchestrate - even last minute. And Massimiliano is a wonderful host! He collected my husband from the airport and from that day throughout our visit he was such a warm, thoughtful and welcoming host. We will return. Thank you so much Massimiliano!!

Sehr schöne und genial gelegene Wohnung - mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig -, super ausgestattet und mit toller Terrasse plus Balkon. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war sehr einfach, schnell und hilfreich, Sohn Giuseppe hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
