In dialetto siciliano "casuzza" indica una casa sì piccola ma nello stesso tempo accogliente e avvolgente, dotata di tutti i confort necessari per farvi trascorrere una esperienza meravigliosa. A soli 400 metri dalla spiaggia di Mondello, con ingresso privato, avrete a disposizione una zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto, un bagno con doccia e soprattutto uno spazio esterno dove potervi rilassare al profumo di gelsomino.

Incantevole casa di pescatori dei primi ‘900. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
