Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Newly renovated cabin. Kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and iron. Sleeping alcove with 2 separate beds. Please do not rearrange furniture. The beds are made but bring towels. TV. Bathroom with shower cabin. Patio furniture on the patio. Walking distance to fantastic swimming and fishing lake, 2 km approx. Breakfast can be arranged for a fee, must be pre-booked. The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. "Elisabet's apartment" 40 m to the lake with own boat

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.
