Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sevran

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Our group of 6 had a great stay at Caroline’s place in Colombes. It was about a 18 minute walk to the nearest train station that connects you the rest of Paris. The space itself was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

This place is just awesome, very well designed got everything you need to make you feel at home. the Host Yohann is very responsiva and proactive. My Husband, my son and I stayed at her apartment and We had a great time and no complaints. I definitely will come back.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

My family of 4 adults and one child spent 3 nights at Patrick’s apartment and found it to be so centrally located (in an upscale area) that we could easily get to many of the sites we wanted to see during our stay. Just a few steps from the door, we walked along the Seine, viewed the Eiffel Tower, visited Grand Palais and Petit Palais, and enjoyed several nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment is even more luxurious than the website description and photos. Lovely balcony, too. The neighborhood and apartment are very safe and secure. The host Patrick and manager Badr responded quickly to every inquiry and provided excellent recommendations. Badr even surprised us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I have stayed in a couple other areas of Paris in the past. This has been the best!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!
