Perfect find - beautiful apartment, exceptionally quiet considering it is on the lower level, awesome view from the patio, all amenities that one could need - in addition, Michelle is awfully considerate and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to my next stay.

I had the pleasure of utilizing Sam's home for a small video shoot. Sam was super responsive and helpful while inquiring and throughout our booking. The location worked out perfectly for what we needed, and we really appreciated Sam's willingness to work with us and the wonderful space that was exactly as described and looked great on camera.

Very pleasant and private gated house, comfortable and clean house. We had an ideal place to rest, just about 5 mns from airport, car rental facility and about 20 from downtown.

Stayed for naval Academy graduation. It was very close and easy to /from BWI. Costco and Arundel mills shopping mall were nearby for all my needs. This place is affordable and clean. I would recommend.

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 day stay. We enjoyed the water view and had a crab feast on the deck overlooking the water. It was a perfect Memorial Day weekend.

we loved staying at the cottage. The view from the porch was great. So walkable to shops and restaurants but still felt peaceful. Kitchen was stocked and clean, but no clutter! Yay! The bedroom on the top floor felt like a safe hideaway! We were lucky enough to be there during a storm and the sound of the rain on the roof was so relaxing. We plan to come back! Fishing was great! the trolley trail too. we want to come back and explore the area. plenty of towels. No complaints, only praise!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

We were in Baltimore to visit the aquarium, go to a baseball game, and explore the inner harbor. This space was very convenient - both easy to get to and we were able to walk to the things we wanted to do. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the communication we received, both proactively and when we had questions. This was a perfect spot for the two of us.

JD is an experienced host who accommodates his guests very much. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in the area, I would not hesitate to recommend his place.

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

We love staying here. The bed was super comfortable. It was a walking distance from so much to do. Jeremy was super helpful and went above and beyond. We just really loved staying here.

We were in town for Maryland Deathfest. The place was located within walking distance of everything we needed.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

Great location, close to transportation and dining options. Place is very quaint. Uncomplicated entry and exit. Neighborhood walkable and friendly. I would consider staying again.

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend!
