Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
