Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seven Seas Beach

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

The condo has everything you need and more. Check in before you shop. They left us a gift which was great. Pristine and clean! This is not an area with a beach you can swim but we knew that going in. Team was very responsive.

Claritza and Joel, thank you AGAIN for hosting us. It was even better this time, there were more items in the apartment to accommodate all of our needs. From the salt to the chairs and the cooler; I can’t thank you enough for putting is much thought into this space. We will likely come again, not sure when. This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Natalia’s place was just as it looked in pictures, beautiful! Very clean, stylish, bathroom stocked well, private with wonderful pool and the location was amazing! The place was directly across the street from the beach, great restaurants within 5 minute walk (one right next door). Natalia was very accommodating, she let us have a later check out which we really appreciated. We got to meet Sean on our way out, very friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed our time at Natalia’s place very much! Easy, comfortable and accessible! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again!

Posted photos are very accurate describing this cute place. Jany was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Her attention to details to our stay was very beautiful and kind. Her apartment was very cute, very comfortable, clean and well supplied with all the needs for the stay. Our family felted right at home, and definitely we will return and stay in this apartment again. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Air BnB perfection! This place was absolutely beautifully designed. The bathroom was an oasis! We slept very peacefully in our room- tot he sounds of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Carmen’s place was in a neighborhood that was central to where we were going in Fajardo and Luquillo. One thing we didn’t know before coming was that you can definitely hear the coqui all night.

This was such a beautiful home, with a lot to do with your family. We enjoyed barbecuing by the pool, as well as the surrounding attractions- luquillo beach and el yunque among them! This place is in the center of some beautiful attractions. We also lost power twice during our stay, but the generator kicked right in & we were not affected. I was so happy about this, as I was traveling with my toddler, who would have been uncomfortable in the heat. José was also a very attentive host. We loved this place and would definitely come again! Definitely a great place to stay!

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

This place has amazing views!! The rooftop was our favorite spot while having morning coffee. We reserved the entire house for 4 families totaling 13 people. There was more than enough space for our group. House was super clean upon arrival along with the pool and hot tub. Restaurants, bars, bioluminescent kayaking is all in walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk and having to walk up a hill as terrain is very hilly around the neighborhood. Lawrence was quick to handle a couple issues we had during our visit. If we get back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again!

The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. The view from the patio/terrace is truly breathtaking. The inside is okay, kind of dreary and could use a paint job, but the insane view makes this place a destination in itself. Felipe has a special piece of property perfectly situated looking into a big valley of the lush rain forest. Seriously we changed plans and chose to spend more time at the Airbnb just to enjoy sitting on that patio with the view. If you want to feel like you’re in nature and a little isolated come here. It is stunning.

The house is located in a great gated community. House is as pictured and very clean. Great pool. Close to the beach. We were able to drop off our luggages prior to check in time and enjoyed the pool while Jamira, the house keeper, finished cleaning the house which made our afternoon very relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Place is exactly as pictured….including the squared toilet :) I am quite familiar with this area, as such I found it easy to locate. Check in with security and the condo was easy. Views from the balcony are picture perfect…and the sounds of the waves will put you to sleep in no time. It’s located walking distance to a handful of great restaurants and also a short drive to additional restaurants near the marina. I went on solo walks in the morning and felt safe doing so. It offers two beach chairs, cooler and beach towels which we brought to Luquillo beach, located ~25 mins from the Airbnb. I would recommend this place and will be happy to stay again in the future. I highly recommend you rent a car to enjoy the islands beauty which includes this condo.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Recently stayed at Ramon’s and enjoyed ourselves. The infinity pool and hot tub are beautiful with a breathtaking view! Would definitely return!

Encanto del mar is an excellent apartment to stay. Clean and beautiful place to stay. Joe & Jessica excellent hosts. Hope to come back in the future.

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!
