Beachfront vacation rentals in Seven Seas Beach

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this Airbnb. The place matches the pictures and descriptions. The best part is the easy access to the beach. We appreciate the chairs and coolers too! Definitely book for your next stay in Luquillo

We loved Ben’s condo. The view was amazing and it included all of the amenities that we needed for the beach. The washer and dryer in the unit were critical. We went on many excursions and needed to wash our clothes. The unit is on the 19th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for the elevator. The second elevator was being updated. Construction was being done on the unit above but it mostly was done during the day while we’re out.

My family loveddd our stay at Casa Playera😍 It was so cute and cozy, and functional, with everything you could need! Also, Maria was so helpful and so kind! 🫶🏼 We walked pretty much everywhere, and Playa Azul (a green flag beach Maria recommended for the kiddos) was a short walk down the road. We wished we could have stayed here longer! Highly recommend, it was the perfect place for our family❤️ Thank you Maria, for making our stay in Luquillo amazing🥹

The house is located in a great gated community. House is as pictured and very clean. Great pool. Close to the beach. We were able to drop off our luggages prior to check in time and enjoyed the pool while Jamira, the house keeper, finished cleaning the house which made our afternoon very relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the location! The easy access to the pool and beach were incredible! We were a group of 6 adults and the space was great for us. Excellent A/C in the bedrooms. We used the beach gear like cooler, chairs, and umbrellas provided which facilitated exploring other beaches. The Coqui sang beautifully through the night. Would definitely recommend for families with children as they also had child amenities like a highchair and pack-n-play.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the ocean. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with a sea breeze was everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

We loved our stay! Location was great, accommodations were wonderful! Edwin and Julia were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating hosts! We loved our time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to visit again.

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

Staying at Brad's apartment in Luquillo was a dream! We had an amazing stay. From the beginning, Brad was communicative and gave excellent recommendations for attractions nearby. He was responsive to our messages and questions. The apartment was in excellent condition, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. A/C worked perfectly and created a nice reprieve from the heat. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter, and Brad offered a pack n' play, beach toys, and great suggestions for beaches nearby that were toddler-friendly. The view from the balcony is truly special -- the water really is that turquoise!! You won't regret staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Priscilla’s place is lovely for two people and has a romantic ambiance and decor. It’s on the top floor, 7th floor, with great views of the ocean and the sunrise from the private balcony. In Las Croabas, there are a few seafood restaurants that are walking distance near the park. However, the smell of seafood and garbage were overwhelming so we were not able to eat there. We ate next door at Ballyhoo, the marina restaurant in the El Conquistador resort. There’s also a small convenience store and coffee shop within walking distance. We took the skyway tram/people mover to visit the rest of the resort. We relaxed at multiple pools onsite and ate at the pool bar. However you have to be a hotel guest to eat at some of the restaurants like Vendana. There are other restaurants and bars in Luquillo about 20min away downtown, and along the highway and beach across from the Fairfield Inn.

This place is amazing! Location couldn’t be better and that roof patio was amazing! We really enjoyed spending evenings up there! The condo had everything you could need, even in an unexpected blackout, there were flashlights, candles, etc. and Rafy made sure to check in with us. The pool was great and being right across the street from the beach was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful. I stayed here solo and I felt completely safe. The view is everything, The BED was SOOO comfy, it was actually one of my favorite things about the place. I will definitely stay here again. I hated having to leave. I am currently trying to figure out my return. There isn't any night life nearby if you are seeking a party area. However, you are within walking distance to restaurants near the beach. Please rent a car!! The only thing i didn't like was how annoying the security was. They put a parking violation on my car because i did not immediately come back down to put the parking pass on the car after checking in my room and they chased me down in the garage because the parking pass was not immediately on the vehicle when i would return. But I do put it up before getting out the car. I just can not drive with it hanging in my face.

Beautifully renovated apartment next to the Conquistador ferry docks. Great view of the water, and the location was perfect for the Icacos water taxis or the ferries in Ceiba. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well & the bathroom was clean. The apartment felt really spacious for the two of us. We came in late & had to wait a while for the security to let us up from the parking garage. Instructions for keys/parking passes were extremely clear, just took an extra 10 minutes of our time to get those things situated. Building is a little bit older & has its quirks (you need to put the actual key into the elevator to go anywhere) but once you step into the apartment it feels completely brand new and modern. Would recommend & would stay again!

This was hands down one of my favorite bnb stays! Joseph was amazing, great communication. The place was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. A nice home away from home, and with a STUNNING view. A great stay for couples or a solo traveler like myself, I felt very safe. Great location, I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Claritza and Joel, thank you AGAIN for hosting us. It was even better this time, there were more items in the apartment to accommodate all of our needs. From the salt to the chairs and the cooler; I can’t thank you enough for putting is much thought into this space. We will likely come again, not sure when. Absolutely amazing and beautiful home, cozy atmosphere and very quiet neighborhood, well kept home and very spacious everything was perfect great location only 3 minutes away from the beach. Ms. Mirnalis was an EXCELLENT host, I 100% recommend Ms. Mirnalis home and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank You !!!!!!

Had a great spring break stay at Palma Vista with our two teens (5 days, 4 nights). The condo location is fantastic, directly across from Seven Seas beach (the closest rental to the beach, I think.) The complex itself was safe and clean. The pool is there if that's your thing, but we never used it. One small drawback is that there was only one key to enter/exit the pedestrian gate, so if your family plans to split up you'll need a plan. The unit itself was comfortable and well stocked. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is key for families like ours. Stop at a grocery store on your way in and you'll be set (there are several local restaurants nearby but just about everything else requires a drive). Jose was a great host. Helped troubleshoot a few minor issues and kept us informed throughout the island-wide blackout. Communication was excellent. Made us feel like we were in good hands.
