We loved Pedro's place. It is a really nice and cosy house with a typical Alentejo swimming pool, beautiful view, barbecue, garden, and everything you need to have an outstanding weekend. We will be back for sure.

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely welcoming, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with all the items we needed to make us feel at home. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic and we were still surprised by a little welcome treat, which made all the difference. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Mafalda was a great host. The house is very well equipped with a well stocked kitchen with proper pans, and enough crockery and cutlery, working dishwasher and washing machine. I would recommend this property very highly. The pool was warm, the spec is high, and it feels luxurious and comfortable. We were there with 4 kids under 7, and it was a great set up for all of them.

Everything is great! Well-equipped apartment, very quiet and with such a beautiful view that you can do without the TV. You have to climb 60 steps to get there, but it's worth it, and you'll feel great afterwards.

We had a very nice time here! The Apartment is awesome and in the heart of alfama. Nearby are so good breakfast opportunities and you can travel by the old tram. The communication was great and the self check in is so nice 👍 thanks for the great stay!

Exceptional location in the heart of Sesimbra, overlooking the beach and turquoise waters, in the heart of old town with restaurants and shops. Carla went out of her way to meet me, to give instructions for underground parking, and to show me the apartment. The place is spotless and so cozy with everything needed for a terrific beach stay. Carla answered every question and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable; she sent driving instructions beforehand with a full overview about Sesimbra and the surrounding area. This is a special place: a sweet Portuguese apartment with tiled walls and lots of charm. I highly recommend this booking and definitely plan to be back!

Beautiful retreat in the heart of historical Lisboa. We loved our stay and time spent. Perfect flat.

The place was just as advertised with a beautiful view from the windows. The main city center was about 20 min walk with so many shops and restaurants along the way. We were able to check in a little early since we arrived early by plane, which made it so easy so we didn’t have to haul our luggage around. Carmen was great at explaining everything and we had everything we needed in the unit. We were even surprised with fresh fruit and pastries, and some beer and juice in the fridge. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay here.

Gorgeous villa with stunning views! We had a multigenerational family vacation here and everyone loved the place. All the rooms are larger that they look in photos. If you go in the spring, expect a mix of mostly stormy and some sunny days. In rainy days we focused on museums in Lisbon. Sunny days were stunning in the villa. So glad this beautiful home is preserved and enjoyed by many people!

The home was perfect for our holiday. The facilities were good and well maintained. The pool was well maintained and the host was very attentive. It was very helpful when the host allowed us to leave our bags early before the check in. There is an Aldi 24 minutes walk away and a Lidl 20 minutes walk away where we could buy all we needed. Travelling into Lisbon was effortless as it was very accessible by taxi. Thank you so much Marcelo for making our stay exceptional and memorable.

Great stay for a group birthday!! There were 23 of us, the villa is very suitable, and beautiful. Star was very attentive to ensure that everything went perfectly, it is very appreciable. We already want to come back for a new event!!

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

Carmen is a great host who cares about her guests. We were even allowed to check in earlier which was great for us as it rained on arrival morning. We got lots of excursion tips from her. The house is lovingly decorated and just as hearty as in the photos. It had everything you need. In the sun we could eat in the garden and chill in the hammock. Quiet neighborhood. Many paths through a bright pine forest to the sea, but about 20 min. Walk. Great for us with a dog, but you could certainly also do it with the bikes. I would still recommend a car for excursions and also shopping. All in all, we were very satisfied. Thanks Carmen

Lior was a lifesaver to us after our airbnb fell through last minute — he responded within minutes, got on the phone and met us at a coffee shop before checkin. Totally eased our concerns after being cancelled on. His place was decorated super well, had plenty of space and even a tennis court. Honestly I couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else.

Perfect stay! We loved everything about the accommodation and would definitely come back. The outside lounge area with the pool and barbecue and the beautiful and large kitchen was definitely our favourite. The coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine was excellent. Very happy to return!
