Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. We had a lovely stay in the apartment and only a very short walk to lots of restaurants and places to see. Apartment was very clean and if weather not so great there was heating. We didn’t really use the kitchen as we ate out and it was very reasonable. Lots of nearby small shops to get supplies and larger supermarket just up the road. Do take trainers as you will need them to walk around the city. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we needed. The booking process and communication was so easy and very clear. The accommodation and rooms are all as described although some reviews mentioning the broken chairs are accurate. We had one unusable chair but we were only 4 people so not a problem. We were missing some of the items listed as included in the property listing such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, shampoo. However we had our own shampoo and there is a supermarket opposite - and a Lidl very close by - so it was easy to get these things. We would definitely stay here again!

A very beautiful space and a very practical house. Best of all is the pool and the calm. Good to stay for a few days....because there's not much to do in the area.

The living area is arranged with a spacious sectional sofa and colorful cushions, accompanied by a stylish armchair. A large window offers natural light and views of the outdoors. A dining area with chairs and a desk can also be seen in the space.

First, the condo was as described. Better yet, it was spotless. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, which is important at the end of a long day exploring Lisbon and the surrounding countryside. Next, they provided great recommendations on places to eat. I do have one recommendation, though, a small welcome basket of goodies (coffee pods, snacks, etc.) would make a nice bonus after traveling. Not a big deal, just a thought. Finally, I was traveling with my 85 year-old mother who uses a cane to walk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the elevator is located 12 steps up from the lobby. Additionally, the elevator only travels mid-floor to mid-floor, so she'd either still have another 10 steps up or down to the unit. In the end, she was a champ and navigated the steps to/from the first floor each day. This doesn't detract from the unit, just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with someone like my mother. All-in-all this is a great place, and I'd stay here again.

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

although this is not the most central location, there were lots of delicious places to eat nearby, walking into the heart of lisbon was no problem, and beat of all, there was a place to park our car. street parking in lisbon is not for the faint of heart and isn't cheap so this was huge for us. the apartment is very cozy and comfortable with roll down shades of the windows and a clothesline on the balcony. there was an issue with the shower when we arrived but the host was very sweet and responsive and came early the next day to fix it. I was nervous because the mattresses seemed thin, but we slept like babies and was comfortable during the night. I appreciated how many pillows were available and the soaps left for our use. there is a massive hill beside the building, but there is an elevator to bring you to the street behind so you don't have to walk it! I recommend staying here. you'll always be able to find your airbnb because it's entirely pink tile exterior!

We LOVED the location of this apartment - tucked away and an easy walk to almost everything. It was large and had everything we needed. The third bedroom is a makeshift office with a futon that is not very comfortable, but the other two bedrooms are great and with all there is to do, we were not in our room much anyway. Would definitely recommend!
