Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Great location

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

The accommodation and parklands are beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and had everything we needed whilst attending a family wedding close by. My little granddaughter said she felt like a princess staying here. Our host was always very prompt to reply. I would love to return in summer when the pool is open.

Clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very quiet and beautiful area. Access to the central bus areas from the ground floor.

It is a good distance for sightseeing in Milan Cathedral, and safe security was guaranteed. Alberto and Frenzesca were close by, so communication was smooth and convenient.

I stayed here for 9 weeks. Kitchen met all my needs for a long stay. Air Conditioning is very nice to have. The washing machine worked well. The TV connected to devices and the internet was extremely fast. Location is great, many large grocery stores near and a two minute walk to public transport, 20 minutes to the city center. Hosts would respond almost immediately to any concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a small apartment but cozy. We enjoyed the time there far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Milan.

Amazing place, well decorated and located in a really chill area. There’s a skatepark and a McDonald’s right by it. The communication was fast and easy We had a great time!
