The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors.
