The Casita is wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a cheery smile, a relaxed host and facilities that set the bar at its highest. We spent a month in idyllic surroundings. All credit to Malena and Carmen.

An amazing apartment in the heart of Arta. Easy parking nearby, which was very convenient to the apartment. Great walking location, cozy sunny courtyard and a caring and wonderful host. A true home away from home.

ideally located, quiet in a cul-de-sac,clean, well-equipped for a maximum couple. nice bedding. lots of restaurants nearby. two beautiful coves 300m away . responsive host. two downsides during your stay: apartment above the studio with noisy tenants (chairs that hang around at 7am and 11pm in the evening if not later, and the feeling of having pachiderms that work given the noise they make, but problem independent of the owner). on the other hand, a lot of power outages... at least 3a4 times a day... there are instructions to follow when this happens...so known problem...but not resolved.... other than that , very nice stay , we'll come back despite these inconveniences!

Ideal apartment for a group. 12 squares spread over 2 twin apartments connected by a terrace, next to a pool. Not missing anything, place something away from the village, quiet, but in a moment you arrive in Cala Ratjada. Apart from having a small private beach corner next door. A little more you might want. Apart from occupying the 12 places, the price is very cheap. 100% recommended.

We had a great time with the family at this lovely little minority house. Ideally located, very well equipped, a terrace with sea views that allows you to extend the day watching the sun go down. Although it was April, it was nice enough for us to enjoy the pool. Thanks to Françoise for the recommendations of the places to visit! For families (and others), there is a diving club with the possibility of renting equipment for snorkeling, I highly recommend. The people of the club are very friendly and the perfect place to discover the marine fauna and flora. It's at the end of the road, you can't make it easier to access.

We stayed more than a week in Natasha’s place where her mother Rita and her little dog Emme took good care of us. What a great life for us, starting of with a nice breakfast in the fresh and bright inside courtyard, go explore the surroundings or Arta itself which is a very cute town, or go on more adventurous path to Cala torta and enjoy a day in this beach that you have to deserve :) Very easy to find, to park, to shop, to cook and Rita is a sweetheart that makes it even better. I recommend for sure !

excellent value for money, the accommodation has a kitchenette and "living room" with also a small outdoor space, so it was like staying in a private apartment with the possibility of taking advantage of the common areas of the hostel.

We were delighted to stay in Leonor's house, very nice and cozy, with a spectacular terrace, perfect for two people, with a lot of privacy and a quiet area, the description is exactly as it says. Very friendly and attentive to make sure you arrive well, to recommend places, to make sure you lack nothing, super good communication. I recommend it for couples if you are looking for a quiet accommodation without crowds of tourists, close to do routes, see Tramontana and 30-40 min from beaches and coves. The best experience in Mallorca was staying there.

We had a lovely stay, the garden is really nice and we had everything we needed, the hosts were really friendly and helpfull.

very nice place to stay, not the most walkable area (about a 5 minute drive from alcudia up the hill from the beach) but perfect if you are renting a car (gobycar is a good one). the hottub is super nice but make sure you give it a few hours to warm up!

That's why we came, an idyllic setting, tranquility, fields, sheep, a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a swimming pool everything you need for a good holiday. Shops nearby also Palma and the rest of the island (1 hour on average). The house and the outside are very well maintained. Exactly what was sold to us, just what we came for. Xisca was a great hostess, very friendly. She let us in early and was there to meet us at the door. The place was spotless, impeccably clean. Everything was as advertised. The dishwasher broke, so we had to do the dishes. We have to mention Xisca offered to do them for us. Overall great stay at Xisca's!

We had a great week at Viviani's place. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The surroundings are quiet, but a good starting point to explore the west. The place definitely lacks nothing. It is very clean and well equipped - even for our baby there was a tub, toys etc. Viviani and Robert gave us great tips and were always helpful and very warm and kind to our little one We will be happy to come back!

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

The place was just as advertised. Marta gave good instructions and was very welcoming. the place was private and quiet, in a good area if you have a car. It was great for what we needed. The shared pool was enjoyable too :) .

Wonderful and beautiful place, we are so happy that we found such a peaceful, clean, beautiful and private place. The house is surrounded by nature and everything is super well taken care of! Moreover, everything was spotless and the house has everything you need to have a great vacation. Waking up there was truly peaceful and nice, and Margrit was very friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in, thank you and see you hopefully soon!

Great place to stay while in Mallorca Easy access to all the towns (By Car) pool to yourself beautiful animals around (cats, chickens) If you stay here give the kitties some water they will love you. wonderful time here for 4 nights ! Would definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable. The guesthouse and the garden with pool are beautifully and very tastefully decorated. You have complete peace and quiet here and can walk to Selva. Location is great for outdoor activities such as climbing or cycling, Inca is also not far. Elisa and Sandra were very nice and flexible. I'm sure we'll be back!

Tatjana went above and beyond for us in this trip. When we lost our keys at a restaurant and thought we would have to sleep outside for the night, she answered at 1am to help us get in with another key. Super helpful and made us feel comfortable the whole way
