Lovely house with a great pool, comfy beds, couch and pool lounges, good view of the mountains, and well located if you have a car and want to explore the whole island. Stayed with my partner and another couple, we would happily come back and recommend to friends. The upstairs loft with the single beds is open to the living room / kitchen space, but perfectly fine for good friends and families. Good cafes and grocers in Sineu are only a 15 min drive away. We had a great time every morning waking up to some lazy hours of swimming and coffee by the pool!

Ventura is a great host. They picked up the phone very quickly and are very polite.

The outdoor area features a spacious stone terrace surrounded by gardens with various plants. A refreshing swimming pool is centrally located, while lounge chairs are arranged nearby. The scenic landscape is complemented by distant hills and a clear blue sky.

Our stay in was perfect, very clean, (no ants), good location, a quiet road but near supermarket, beach, restaurants in Capdeperra en Canyamel, ... (you do need a car). The house itself is fully equipped, has a nice pool area, outside dining area with lounge, dining table and gas BBQ. Maybe some more outdoor lightning would be welcome, and some extra airconditioning (now only in one of the four bedrooms - we went in August). Also Simone is a great host, her services were very much appreciated (there was a fruit basket on arrival!), the tip she gave us to go to Café Orient was a golden one, we went there twice! This was our first time in Mallorca, and we'll be back.
