The house is charming, spacious, and cozy, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right next to the river, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores, and a 25 minute walk to the center. Irina is a welcoming, communicative, kind, and attentive host. Her father is a nice cab driver who kindly drove us to a remote hiking trail. He even walked me to the nearby Jewish cemetery, and showed me homes where Jewish families used to live, which was very special. We didn't have time to use the sauna house, but it was nice to have the option. This was an ideal place to have a gathering with a group of people interested in different activities, as there are a lot of common spaces in addition to the six bedrooms. My favorite part was the balcony, which is accessible from the hallway, and overlooks the mountains and river. We saw a beautiful sunrise from there the first morning!

Від щирого серця раджу резервацію цього дому для відпочику родиною чи друзями. Затишні кімнати з чистою постіллю і рушниками, величезні балкони з кожної кімнати, а з них- чудові види на природу. В кухні є всі необхідні прибори, посуд, каструлі. Воду можна набирати і пити прямо з криниці. Простора вітальня з деревʼяними столами і лавками, є камін. У дворі є мангал і всі необхідні речі для гриля. Будинок в живу виглядає ще краще, ніж на фотографіях. Ми брали чан на дві години, це супер задоводення, особливо взимку. Господар дуууже приємний, ввічливий, комунікабельний, завжди готовий допомогти, питається чи щось треба, чи все добре. Поруч є багато продуктових магазинів, аптек, банкомат Приват, дятичі магазини, церква. Дякуємо за гостинність! Нам все дуже сподобалось!

Відпочинок у цьому будиночку був просто чудовим! Все продумано до дрібниць: від стильного інтер’єру до зручностей, які роблять перебування тут максимально комфортним. Локація ідеальна – тихе місце для релаксу, неймовірні пейзажі за вікном. Окремо хочеться відзначити неймовірно гостинного хоста, який завжди був на зв’язку та готовий допомогти. Ми чудово провели час і обов’язково повернемося знову! Рекомендуємо всім, хто шукає атмосферу затишку)

Это был лучший отдых, в нем мы чувствовали себя как дома! Самым запоминающимся моментом был треск дров в печи и баня, которую можно было топить каждый день! Жилье расположено в красивой местности с горами и родниками с питьевой водой. Хозяин Юрий позаботился о том, чтобы на Новый год у нас была елочка с гирляндой, хоть мы об этом и не просили. Если вы захотите зимой шашлык, то Юрий с радостью предложит вам мангал и дрова с фруктовых деревьев. На территории возле дома есть паркинг для машины. Однозначно рекомендуем это жилье! Мы с мужем обязательно сюда вернемся, благодаря отдыху в этом доме мы набрались сил и зарядились энергией. Огромное спасибо Юрию за этот замечательный отдых.

Good place for a family stay. The property is large with plenty of space for children to run and play. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a bbq, dishwasher, and washing machine. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you can enjoy it from the outdoor dining area. The host is friendly and responsive to all of our request and checks in with us regularly to ensure we are comfortable. The only thing to note is that the tap water is from a well and is not drinkable as it has an undesirable smell. The host has installed a sophisticated filtration system and ensured us that the tap water is safe for washing and provided us with bottles for drinking water.

Дякуємо Василю та його дружині Тетяні за гостинність! Будиночок був чистим та охайним, з сучасними меблями та неймовірними краєвидами навколо. І Василь, і Тетяна супер-швидко відгукувались на всі наші запити та давали цінні поради. Багато разів ми замовляли їжу у Тетяни - все було дуже смачно та вчасно 🫶 Обов‘язково будемо радити друзям ваше помешкання!
