On the ground floor of my house, you will enjoy this air-conditioned, independent studio with access to its private terrace, shaded by an olive tree, a large 140 x 200 bed, wardrobe, TV, kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, small fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes. Bathroom, sink, large shower and toilet, garden furniture, secure private parking located at the foot of the hills of the village of Rove and a few minutes from the coves of the Côte Bleue.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
