L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Upon our arrival a very warm welcome and surprise we had booked a room and we found ourselves in a small house that was available. The house and its courtyard is absolutely typical, pretty, well maintained, irresistible with its white and light blue colors. Its thick walls keep it cool, the bed is comfortable and the calm brings serenity. We appreciated that our host picked us some lemons from the garden. A pure delight. Our host Guiliano is exceptionally kind and generous. Her goal is to please and pamper her guests discreetly. At Guiliano's, you feel at home. A stay in Sardinia that we will never forget.

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Casa San Gio is a beautiful apartment, modern and stylish. The rooms are a good size and the sunken room was a welcomed addition. I would definitely consider going back. The only thing I would point out is that free parking isn't that available. There are some good paid options nearby though
