Our fully renovated Percheron country house is located in the heart of Perche on the edge of the state forest, close to Moutiers-au-Perche, a typical hamlet of the area and just 5 minutes from the shops of downtown Rémalard-en-Perche, as well as the Voie Verte. Ideal location for discovering Perche: hiking, flea markets, equestrian centers, golf, tennis Our property consists of an East Wing and a West Wing that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children/teens

Charlotte's House

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

A beautiful break in our beautiful countryside, Le Perche less than two hours from Paris. Comfortable, bright house, accessible by Train on the TER PARIS Montparnasse/LE MANS line for a better carbon balance. Beautiful green space, two outdoor terraces. Three small rooftop bedrooms upstairs, ideal for two couples and four children. The 'children's' room: 2 safe beds, 4 beds total 90x200 A kitchen equipped for friendly moments for friends and family.

I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
