The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and... Many activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
