Monthly Rentals in Sennes

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

This was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The apartment itself was incredible with great, private views of the mountains, comfortable beds, and great amenities. The complex as a whole also had billiards, table tennis, and board games as well as a lounge and sauna where in a shared space. The location was very convenient for exploring the area and the town of Dobbiaco had everything we needed in terms of food and groceries. The only thing I would note to other guests is that, while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is not typical air conditioning that can be controlled inside the apartment. Instead it appears to be heating and/or cooling located in the flooring which is controlled by the front desk. The apartment never got below 23 degrees Celsius/73.4 degrees Fahrenheit. We ended up opening our doors at night because the unit was still very warm. However, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A very nice 2 bedroom apartment under the roof on the 5th floor. The kitchen is very modern, has everything you need and also a washing machine!! The bedroom has a large closet and comfortable beds. The location of the apartment is great. You are in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes on foot and in the outdoor pool in about 8 minutes. From Bruneck, you can reach great hiking areas in 30-40 minutes. A small problem is the parking situation in front of the apartment. Most of the time, something is available, but not always. We always had to park in a parking lot at the end of the street, where you were only allowed to stay for 2 hours. It should be noted that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Harald is very likable and friendly. He also gave us good tips on activities!!! We just had beautiful days in Bruneck in a very nice apartment and a beautiful setting!

The property was immaculately clean. Hosts made the effort to personally greet us and say goodbye. Robert was extremely responsive as well. Everything was as expected
