"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 4 - 5 min walk from the station to the house. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. Japan's tiny home in Koyaguchi offers two guest rooms, ideal for up to 4 guests, with a minimum of one group per day. An extra fee applies from the second person. Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door.
