The house is located in an extremely nice place on Skaland with private sandy beach and the sea right outside. It is close to the convenience store. There is a short way to the path that goes up to the house mountain. Pila pub and Skagi (restaurant)are within walking distance, yet the house is sheltered and you have your own space below the house. There are four sleeping places, a sleeping alcove (i.e. with a curtain, not door) with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with a bed for two children or one adult, and a bed in the loft room.
