It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming.
