For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!

The vacation home is surrounded by an extensive and beautifully maintained garden, with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The highlight of the house is the private sauna, as well as the two terraces, which invite you to sunbathe or relax after an eventful day in the mountains, thanks to numerous sun loungers.
