Clean and cozy place to stay

I was very satisfied to stay in this house! Her house was very clean and well maintained, making us feel comfortable from the first time we came. The guest hospitality is amazing, very friendly and ready to help anytime. The completeness of the house is very complete, from kitchen utensils to toiletries, everything is well stocked. The location is also very strategic, close to the toll exit, making it easy to access places. I highly recommend this stay for anyone who needs a comfortable and practical place to stay!

Okay for the number of teams stay.. but it's comfortable cm because it's clean but okay it's so far so good..

The house is actually homie but I think its a bit tight for 12 people, but for short stay it should be ok. The host is nice & communicative, easy to reach at any time.

Good place, nice to stay

Amazing to stay in for my first trip to Semarang felt safe, a good view of the local square and plenty of stuff to do.

The room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s in a hotel building with swimming pool on the rooftop. We didn’t use the pool but the night view is amazing. Room is nice and tidy. Host replies quickly and very helpful. Recommend.

Compared to all unit I ever stayed in Candiland, Kak Grady's unit is somehow standout in terms of clean and tidyness, looks like he always put an extra effort in everything he does to make this unit worth everything you paid for.

a clean, comfortable and very strategic place in the middle of the city and a five-way intersection view that spoils the eye, there is only an obstacle in the elevator but it has been resolved, very recommended for those who are solo trips or hanya, because it's worth it with quite bags-friendly rates.

This is a great apartment in a convenient location, just less than 2 km south of Simpang Lima City Center. The only minor downside is the lack of a sink in the kitchen (so utensils have to be washed in the bathroom), but I'd definitely consider to stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

Sharon had been very helpful and responsive. She called the building engineer right away when we had problem with the water heater. The place has nice view. Overall it was a nice stay.
