My daughter Veronica and I will be happy to accommodate you in our studio Ottone, carefully renovated. It is located at Casa Bullio rooms, in a building in the historic center of Garda and a short walk from the lake. The elegant mini apartment is situated in the beautiful streets of the town center with typical restaurants, bars for excellent breakfasts, shops and groceries. Nearby there are wineries and oil mills where you can do delicious tastings and is a great starting point for hiking.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser modern eingerichteten Wohnung! Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell in wenigen Gehminuten am See. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit super zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und flexibel! Wie beschrieben konnten wir kostenlos an den Giulietta Beach und uns dort auch Liegen und ein SUP leihen. Parken ist ebenfalls kein Problem direkt im Hauseigenen Hof ohne Höhenbeschränkung.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal am Gardasee und die Lage zwischen Garda und Bardolino, welche beide sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar sind, war einfach perfekt. Das Apartment ist geräumig, super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Zoe war ebenfalls immer erreichbar und hat sich am Anfang Zeit für uns genommen, sodass wir flexibel einchecken konnten. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft - immer wieder gerne! :)

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön. Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen und der Privat Strand war sehr praktisch. Zoe hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Our stay at Sofia's apartment in Garda was absolutely fantastic, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! The house itself was incredibly comfortable and felt like a true home away from home from the moment we stepped inside. As described, it's a bright and very spacious apartment on the raised ground floor of a semi-detached house. The location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the historic center, we were just a few minutes' walk from the stunning Lake Garda, beautiful beaches, and a fantastic array of restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the area was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay. The private parking right in front of the house was also an immense convenience. The house was perfectly equipped for our needs, featuring comfortable rooms, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief during our stay. It's truly ideal for families or even a couple looking for a spacious and comfortable base. Sofia was an absolutely incredible host!

The heated pool is everything. Went early May and the water would have been too frigid any where that didn't have heated water. Very modern house with automated shutters and minimal furniture, good for the kids. Very picturesque views and big yard to play in. Easy drive from town. Gilberto was very easy to talk to.

Loved this little studio! Just a 8-10 minute walk to the lake side restaurants/square/shopping area. Peaceful and quiet, it felt safe and it’s beautiful inside! Nicolette was responsive and amazing to work with. Our plane and train were delayed getting to Garda so we arrived after midnight but she was still responsive and wonderful!
