The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Weseby gilt als "Ort der Ruhe" - hier kann man richtig entspannen, Natur & Wasser genießen oder sportlich aktiv werden und surfen, paddeln, segeln, schwimmen, wandern, radeln, joggen, reiten, golfen oder einfach nichts tun.

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

Ferienhaus mit priv. See-Zugang 1x über die Straße

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen und idyllischen Ferienhaus mit eigenem Garten, nur 1x über die Straße zum Wittensee (viertgrößter See in Schleswig-Holstein). Dort auf unserem privaten Seegrundstück mit eigener Seewiese, Bootssteg u. Kanu, das (normalerweise) zur kostenfreien Benutzung für unsere Gäste dort liegt. Die Ostsee (Eckernförder Bucht) ist in Fahrradentfernung (10km) schnell erreicht.

Cottage on Lake Selenter

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
