Vacation rentals with a patio in Selçuk

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

Amazing appartment, one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever been to. The vue is obviously breathtaking. The appartment is on the second floor without lift which give you the most amazing view on the psili ammos sanded beach. In this tastefully decorated appartment you can find everything you need for the stay and a lot of recommendations. The appartment is also very very clean. Restaurants and bars are available on the beach, just a few meters away. they are very good and not too expensive. Still the area is quiet calm (september). It’s pleasent to be just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Chris, the host is very reactive, friendly, nice and helpful. We would come back in a hearbeat, we has the nicest time.

Fantastic communication from Chris, very kind and flexible. Had some local goodies upon arrival in a bowl at the table! There was a slight issue with a drain, but Chris was extremely proactive in helping sort and did not affect the rest of the holiday! Would very much recommend this place, great location too…such a good spot!

It is a very clean and neat apartment in the city center of vathy with a friendly owner Panagiotis. The apartment has everything you will need: fresh towels, pillows, and even iron and iron board let alone washing machine and blow dryer. pans ,toaster and coffee machine were brand new. we even had a green garden with a lemon tree! Panagiotis and Yannis are very helpful. They recommended what to do where to go in the island and they keenly answered each question we asked. On our last day, they let us stay until the ferry time since there was no upcoming guests, which we appreciate a lot. If you hire this apartment, you will never regret.

In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

Constantine's place was a great response to our needs, located in a quiet area not far from the center and with all the comforts including the reserved parking space. Perfect for a 10-day stay in Samos. Constantine was an attentive and caring host. We couldn't ask for more.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

After this week at Ayfer's, I recommend this stay 100%! The apartment has absolutely everything you need to stay without a problem; it is located in a super well located village to visit the region, the place is super safe, there are shops and bakeries very close by (you can go on foot). Ayfer and her husband have treated us as people of their family, they helped and advised us to everything necessary and they have always been available despite not having the same language, we were able to create a nice relationship. it should be noted that we stayed with a baby in her house, and they helped us in everything necessary to make our daughter feel good ( cradle, savannas, heater, and above all a lot of love and smiles for her!) The sunset view is unparalleled from the terrace!!! we recommend it is no doubt if they want to have a local experience!

It was our first Airbnb experience, we went with a lot of suspicion, but we had a stay exactly as we wanted, the house was perfect, the site was calm, the only drawback was that there was no separate pool, but it was very clean in the shared pool.
