Wir bieten eine ruhige, möblierte Einzimmer-Einliegerwohnung mit sonniger Terasse für 1 bis max. 3 Personen (Bett 1,40 x 2,00m und Schlafsofa). Eine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle (mit Backfunktion) ist vorhanden. Freies WLAN. Günstige Verkehrsanbindung direkt an der A81/B27. Ausflugsziele z.B. am Bodensee sind in 30-45 Min. zu erreichen. Weiter sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Trossingen (3 km) und VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Apartment Sonnenbänkle

Urlaub machen in mitten der Natur, Berge, Wälder und Täler der schwäbischen Alb. Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

Comfortable Apartment in a Green Setting

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Unsere renovierte Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und umfasst ca. 65 qm. Sie ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x190/200; 1x140/200), Wohn-Essbereich, Küche (voll ausgestattet), Dusche, WC, Balkon, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl. Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 12 € pro Nacht.

Auch der schöne Garten mit sonniger Terasse und Grillmöglichkeit können nach Absprache genutzt werden. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sie an der Straße oder ca.100Meter entfernt auf einem größen Parkplatz .

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht- eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabel-TV, sowie kostenloses WLAN für entspannte Abende oder Homeoffice. Besonderes Highlight ist die angrenzende Wiese mit Pavillon – ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück im Freien. Ob für ein Wochenende oder einen längeren Aufenthalt – hier kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

You are about to book our family-friendly detached house in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the grocery shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) as well as the open meadows, forests and fields in 750m altitude. Comfort is guaranteed: timelessly renovated in 2019, with upscale amenities and inspired by caring hearts. The spacious house and the large private garden is yours alone! Expect to find all you need to have a perfect stay.

Der Titisee ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt, die Rheinfälle in Schaffhausen in der Schweiz erreicht man in 1 h. Gehen Sie in Konstanz am Bodensee shoppen oder unternehmen Sie Fahrradtouren entlang der Donau. Bei schönem Wetter genießen Sie die Strandkorb-Lounge im eigenen Gartenanteil. Auf Anfrage kann unser Grill mitbenutzt werden.
