Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seine-Saint-Denis

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Unser 10 Tage langer Aufenthalt im Haus von Emilie war absolut fantastisch. Meine Freundin und mein Hund hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und Garten für Homeoffice arbeiten, zum spielen und chillen. Während ich mich nach langen Arbeitstagen umgehend wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Bis ins Zentrum dauert es etwas mehr als 1h mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Gegend ist ruhig, Emilie hat sich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt unkompliziert zu gestalten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a lovely time bringing our family to this cozy AirBnb in Paris. There was plenty of space, comfortable room sizes, washer + dryer, and plenty of common space for our group of 10- including a nice outdoor space and secure parking. We would happily book again!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Wir sind 1 Monat in der Wohnung von Jean-Claude gewesen- wir haben ungefähr die Hälfte der Zeit dort gearbeitet, was sehr gut möglich war weil es einen kleinen Arbeitstisch gibt und das Internet gut ist. Das schöne ist, dass diese Wohnung wirklich bewohnt wird von Jean-Claude- das hat man leider nur noch sehr selten bei den Airbnb“s, es war aber die ursprüngliche Idee. Deswegen ist die Wohnung auch nicht wie ein Hotelzimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber aber es blättert halt die Wand etwas ab und es ist halt alles nicht perfekt aber das macht es auch charmant und es ist alles alt - sehr alt - nicht nur das Haus (das ist auch ziemlich schief) aber auch die Möbel und die ganzen Küchenutensilien und-Geräte, aber es ist alles da. Der große Trumpf ist natürlich die Lage- mitten in Marais - in 15-20 Minuten an der Seine/ Notre Dame - alles zu Fuß möglich aber auch öffentlich oder mit den mietfahrräder ist alles da um die Ecke. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et se situe dans un super beau quartier. Florian est très sympathique, ils nous a notamment recommandé de formidables adresses. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Présents à l'arrivée et au départ, ils ont été à l'écoute et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit top. Nous avons découvert Montreuil, une ville jeune et très sympa, animée mais aux rues calmes et sûres. La maison: belle déco, pièces bien distribuées, très fonctionnelles, le salon et la salle à manager peuvent accueillir 8 invités, les canapés, les fauteuils sont confortables. tout est propre, clair, lumineux. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manager est équipée d'electro-menager récent et haut de gamme (bosch, samsung...),salles de bains spacieuses et les deux chambres sur le jardin sont lumineuses et les literies super confortables, avec des matelas récents (king size et queen size), certains fermes et très fermes, d'autres moelleux. Nous n'avons pas essayé le canapé-lit, mais on est bien assis, donc... A noter: deux des quatre chambres donnent sur la rue, où passe une ligne de bus (bien pratique pour aller a Vincennes), donc si vous êtes insoniaque ou avez le sommeil très léger, choisissez les deux chambres sur le jardin. Le jardin était en fleurs quand nous avons séjourné. Plusieurs tables, chaises longues et transats permettent de s'isoler pour bouquiner. Nous avons eu la chance de le voir ensolleillé toute la journée. C'est un havre de paix et de verdure, apprécié des oiseaux, des papillons...et des humains, petits et grands ;-) En résumé: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous serez, comme nous, sous le charme.

Geraldine and Chris were fabulous hosts! They went out of their way to provide anything we needed. Their home was a wonderful way to truly experience life in Paris suburbs. We even plant and pet sat for adorable Kali, a sweet kitten they’ve adopted. My sons were sad to leave her! We stayed here during the Olympics, and this home provided a quiet refuge from busy, exciting days. We were very comfortable, and we appreciated Geraldine & Chris’ attentiveness and responsiveness during our stay.

Easy to get into central Paris, close to the train and just as described would definitely stay again

A really lovely place to stay just outside of Paris. Lots of space and amenities and Franck was really helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, von dort gelangt man einfach zur nächsten UBahn. Das Stadtgebiet wirkt Recht ruhig.Der Garten ein schöner Platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig. Das Haus hat Alles was man braucht. Die Übergabe war nett, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
