Townhome vacation rentals in Seine-et-Marne

We had a wonderful stay! The host kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which was a lifesaver after a long flight. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location couldn't be better—just a 5-minute walk to Val d’Europe with its shops and restaurants, and about a 10–15-minute walk to Disneyland Paris. There’s also a bus stop right outside the gate, making it easy to get to both the parks and the RER station for trips into Paris. We rented a car to explore the countryside, and the secure garage parking and light traffic outside the city made it a breeze. We had one small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded immediately and resolved it quickly. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. Great space, great location, and great host—we’d absolutely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

It’s a big house! You will have plenty of space to be with your family or group of friends. And the house is spotless! You can have peace of mind about it. It’s a great choice to walk around Paris using metro and it’s a peaceful neighborhood too. Totally worth it!

Une grande maison très bien équipée, parfaite pour passer un weekend entre amis! Elle était parfaitement située pour notre visite du Moulin Jaune et alentours. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux à Louis et Siang :)

Logement très agréable et paisible. La situation géographique était parfaite pour nous. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Hôte très réactif. Nous recommandons +++ ce logement où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Lily et Pierre sont des hôtes sympathiques soucieux de leurs voyageurs. Le logement était parfait et adapté à la famille nombreuse que nous sommes ( 4 enfants de 8 ans, 6 ans,4 ans et 2 mois) situé à proximité du parc Astérix. Nous recommandons ce logement. Encore merci.

Adrien was an excellent host. We had a group of 13 and ot was perfect for a.large geoup. The place was clean and had ALL the things we needed. She even had some laundry pods available as we weren't able to get to.the store before they closed but really needed a wash. She had multiple washing machines and dryers. Awesome! Would definitely use again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this thoughtfully furnished house. Its location in a quiet neighborhood and proximity to the RER station was very convenient. The kids loved the kids’ furniture and the many toys. We felt that we had plenty of space in this house with 3 adults and two littles. Future guests may want to take note of the additional rules as there is a house cat who comes and goes.

We waren heel blij met de accommodatie, proper en goed in orde. Warm ontvangen door de host. De vers gebakken cake was zeer lekker. De locatie is zeer goed gelegen en een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om te boulderen. Wij komen zeker terug!

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

Prachtig huisje in een mooi klein dorpje in een mooie omgeving. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Delphine was een fijne host die erg behulpzaam was en binnen een uur een bbq is komen brengen toen we daar om vroegen. Het huis zelf kan echter wel wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar het was alsnog een hele fijne plek. We komen graag terug!

Een heerlijk huis vlakbij een metrostation. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft 2 slaapkamers, één aan de straatkant en één aan de stille tuinkant. Buiten een gezellig zitje, pal naast de keuken. Je kunt beneden in de tuin uitstekend verblijven met een boek in een luie stoel. De smart tv biedt de mogelijkheid om bij voorbeeld Netflix te kijken. Op korte afstand 2 prima restaurants met een goede kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding. Als we weer naar Parijs gaan, boeken we zeker weer bij Wil.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Richard et Magda sont un couple charmant et très accueillants. Nous étions un groupe de neuf et bien que nous soyons arrivés assez tard( après 21h) ils ont tenu à nous accueillir et à nous faire un tour de la maison. Leur maison est d’ailleurs propre et nette, charmante et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement à ceux qui recherchent un séjour dépaysant à moins de 2 heures du nord de Paris.

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.

Logement impeccable, décorés avec soin et dans le thème Disney. Il est confortable et accueillant. Tout y est pensé pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour, une terrasse toute mignonne, un coin enfant qui a fait succès, un coin salon confortable, une cuisine pratique et des chambres magiques. L'hôte à été super bienveillant. Je recommande à 200%.
