Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
