Ludovic was super friendly and easy to communicate with! He had some problems with the previous guests and did a good job in still making my stay easy. He also gave me a discount because he had not enough time to clean everything because the previous guests just left everything dirty. So all in all I was very happy staying at his place! :)

We had a pleasant stay in a clean and well-appointed apartment, close to the beach, forest and bike path, although located in an aging residence (currently being renovated). The plus, the provision of two bikes is an asset for this rental that allows you to walk around without using your car. We would gladly return for a longer stay.

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. Location absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is located just before a pine forest, ideal for a walk - gladly with the dog. Biarritz and Bayonne are easy to reach, the nearby restaurants are also great (fish at the harbor, pizzerias, etc.). I did not meet Eric and I regret it but I am particularly satisfied with the exchanges we had. Eric is very responsive, eager to resolve any problems as soon as possible. He responds very quickly to requests. He regularly makes sure that everything is going well for his guests.
