Access to the spa is included in the rate as well as breakfast ( self-contained and served in veranda).

Feline (cat) the dean (16 years old) will visit you in the room, Lili the youngest (hen 2 years old) will also come and chat with you on the terrace. Located 7mn from the Seignosse golf course, 10mn from the beach, 5mn from the Pedebert area, 30m from Biarritz airport and 10mn from the A63 and 20mn from the A64. My parents live on the same property 2000m2.
