Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Luoghi nelle vicinanze Spiagge: Marina di Seiano ( con spiagge sia libere che attrezzate) raggiungibile sia a piedi, sia in auto e in autobus. Andando verso Napoli (Marina di Vico Equense, Bikini, Capolagala ), verso Sorrento ( marina di Meta, di Piano, di Sant'Agnello e Sorrento). Accogliente monolocale dotato di aria condizionata, terrazzino esterno privato , internet con chiavetta wi-fi. tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco Per qualsiasi informazione o esigenza, gli ospiti potranno rivolgersi alla sempre disponibile proprietaria. Il quartiere è sito nel centro storico di Seiano, zona molto tranquilla e logisticamente ben collegata. L'alloggio si trova a circa : 500 m dalla stazione ferroviaria ( circumvesuviana ), 150 m dalla fermata dell'autobus, 100 m dal minimarket e bar-tabacchi-edicola , a 20 m dal ristorante/pizzeria. E' importante per Noi la pulizia e ci teniamo che i nostri ospiti trovino una casa pulita ed in ordine con biancheria fresca e profumata.

What a wonderful stay at Giorgia's BnB style room. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, walkable routes to restaurants and the beach, and Giorgia was extremely helpful with recommendations as my traveling partner is gluten and dairy free. Also a great launching off point for other points in Amalfi. I easily navigated getting to and from Pompeii and Capri.

It’s a full-sensory experience — your morning coffee with a view of Vesuvius, the lush garden surrounds you with peace, the outdoor shower refreshes body and soul, and the stunning vintage interiors make you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. Staying here isn’t just accommodation — it’s an adventure. Massimo is wonderfully supportive and helpful, always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything (though you probably won’t need much — everything is so thoughtfully prepared). This was my second holiday in Seiano, and I’ve left a piece of my heart here. I’ll keep coming back! 🍋💛

Lisa was our host and she did a phenomenal job. Google maps lead us astray when trying to find the villa the first night in the dark and Lisa came out in her vehicle to show us the way. She was incredibly flexible with the check in time and spent the extra time to show us the villa upon arrival. The surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have our private terrace for morning espresso and private hot tub to relax in the evening. We were able to walk to local restaurants for dinner. Would highly recommend this stay, cannot say enough positive things. We will definitely be coming back!

Das Airbnb war wie beschrieben. Es befindet sich auf einem Berg und man muss vom Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen & das bergauf. Das Haus ist super schön & es gibt auch einen Garten, in dem man sich aufhalten kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants sind reichlich vorhanden.

We spent a lovely week at Marco and Rosa Anna’s house. We arrived very late but Rosa Anna waited for us and was very understanding. She also gave us lots of food for breakfast which was so kind. The house itself is exactly as you see in the photos. The view is incredible!! We are a family of 5 and there there was plenty of space for us, and very comfortable. The location is ideal if you plan to visit lots of places. It’s very easy to get to Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompeii, Naples, etc… I would certainly stay here again if I were to come back.
